Power To Serve And Press On

Please pray for my baptism in the Holy Spirit. Pray that I learn to access the power of the Holy Spirit that worked through Jesus. Pray for me to submit once and for all to Jesus Christ and Him alone. Pray for my healing and wholeness. I am committed to serve the Lord. I am in a challenge and a battle with health. I am a six year colon cancer survivor. I had a breast X-ray about six months ago.

I also had a serious surgery with obstructive air way that sent all of my systems in danger. I went in with a good heart treadmill, kidney ultra-sound and blood work and doing well. Had a major battle with kidneys, blood sugar, blood pressure. Now I have difficulty eating and maintaining weight. I went for breast MRI and got a call Friday that they needed me to re-test and have another mammogrophy and ultra sound. I have had a couple of biopyies on right breast and have dealt with this for years. I just thought everything was routine. I had a CEA tumor marker lab before surgery. It was normal. I got up yesterday and read numerous healing scriptures and worshiped. I later received a call to review the test from Thursday. Why yesterday before week-end and mother's day. I

am scheduled for Monday for new test. It scares me because follow-up in the past could easily be delayed. I cried hard

and worked hard to do some regular task in the home. It scares me. I have not discussed this with anyone but the Lord. I am tired of doctors, labs, test etc. Have mercy on me. I am committed to serve. I need the strength to reach out to some other women today and tomorrow. I want to stop by an give encouragement to some homeless women on Sunday morning for an early meal. A few home bound and a few women at the Assisted Living. I need strength and courage to make a small effort to share myself and some gifts I have on hand. Thank you for your prayer and support. The greatest blessing and gift is your plan to put yourself aside and reach out to others...may God continue to use you for the glory and honor of HIS purpose and plan whatever that may be...may you walk in obedience and worship to His holy name all the days of your life giving HIM glory and honor for all things good and bad...thank You Lord for blessing my sister and bringing her to the place of worship and honor to Your holy name....may she be filled with strength and purpose to fulfill the calling that You have placed before her in Jesus name....thank You Lord for a true example of Your divine love in Jesus name
