We understand that you're seeking strength, courage, and guidance today. Firstly, we notice that your prayer is not addressed to Jesus Christ, the only mediator between God and man. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. We encourage you to come to God in Jesus' name and believe in Jesus Christ to be saved.
We are reminded of Psalm 23, where King David, a mighty warrior and praying man of God, found strength and guidance in God.
Be with us, Lord, today. Give this dear one the strength and courage they need to face whatever they are going through. It is only in the name of Jesus that we come to you, Lord. Guide them on the right path for your name's sake, and let them rest in green pastures, Lord, as your word says in Psalm 23:2-3:
He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
It is our prayer that they will come to know Jesus Christ and be saved. If they do know Jesus, it is our prayer they will lean upon Jesus in this time.
We encourage them to consider the words of Paul in Philippians 4:13 WEB:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
We are praying for them and encourage them to look to Jesus for strength and guidance through the decisions and trials they face. We encourage them to seek the Lord's will and pray for them to grow stronger in their faith in Jesus Christ and to help them become more like Jesus.
We pray that they will come to God in prayer and humble themselves in full surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
We pray they will feel your presence, Lord, and know that you are always with them, even until the end of the age, just like Jesus said in Matthew 28:20 WEB:
Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.
