Good Morning Family,

"But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." - Matthew 5:44

It is somewhat easy to pray and communicate with God about our own needs. It is a rather simple task to pray for someone who requests our prayer that we know and support. But let's be honest and attest that one of the most challenging things to do in regards to prayer is praying for someone who does not like us, betrays us, or who is constantly against us. We may want to get even or our hope is maybe that God gives them what we think they deserve...

This is hardly the case beloved, we are called to pray for those who are against us, who wrong us, and who hurt us. That's right, we are to pray for our enemies. Why would we pray for someone who may do us harm...?

One simple word...Love...We are called to be agents of love...We are challenged to live in the place of showing and exhibiting love...As difficult as it may be try praying for your enemies today and see how God releases you from the burden of hatred...

"It's me...It's me...It's me...O Lord...standing in the need of prayer...

Thank you for sharing with us, and Father thank You for the ones You chose to minister and witness to us and our lives. I stand in agreement with this prayer, I lift everyone of you to the Father today, Lord God I pray to You today for healing in all areas of our lives. Thank You Lord for who You are and all You do, in Jesus name amen.

Heavenly father, thank you for letting me see the light here. It is easy to pray for what we need. I pray that I get better in praying for my enemies. I know i need to show more love for others. What a great way to start showing my love for others. I do get lost, thank you for this wonderful insight. In Jesus Name, amen
