Dear God, please hear the cry of our hearts. There are many of us who are struggling now. We believe that You are at work in delivering our marriages from destruction. Some of us have spouses who are working toward reconciliation, and we thank and praise You for that. Others of us have spouses that are pushing away from us and away from You. We know that You love them even more than we can, and we beg of You that You would intervene in their lives as only You can. Please bring conviction, repentence, and a hunger for righteousness in their lives that they would want to live to please You. And Father, please show us where we stand before You, that we might examine ourselves and submit our wills to Yours. Where we are proud or selfish, angry or rebellious, please convict our hearts and draw us nearer to You. Father, please forgive us as we allow the stuff of life to interfere in our relationships with You. I lift up the names of these couples below and I humbly ask Your divine guidance and blessings over each couple. Karen and Mike, Matthew and Maria, Dion and Luis, Ronnie and Tina, Fredi and Rebecca, Patrick and Janet, Bernie and Doris, Tracy and Barry, Celeste and Darryl, Debora and Rigoberto, Ermelinda and Patrick, Christian and Charlemae, Ruben and Grazielle, Yonette and Philip, maame afua saguaah and Charle, Heidi and Brian, Hope and Kevin, Bonnie and Paul, Lisa and Chris, Corey and Ashley, Mark and Anne, Nina and Victor, Connie and Justin, Mandy and Kelvin, Matt and Shanna, Teddy and John all need Your hand over them. And Father, I don't know how to pray for Liz and Don anymore. So I lift them up to You, trusting that You know their situation intimately and still want them both to be under Your blessing. Father, heal our broken hearts, I beg. Restore our marriages and show us what Your unity is. In the Holy Name of Jesus, Amen
