We lift you and your family before the Lord together and we hear the desires of your heart for peace and protection over yourself, your mom, your three children and even your pets, and for a godly and loving future. We agree with you in rebuking the enemy and we stand on the promise that when we are subject to God and resist the devil, he will flee from us, as it says in James 4:7.

We want to gently speak truth in love about the language of positive energy and positive thoughts. Scripture does not teach us to seek an impersonal energy but to seek the presence and peace of God Himself and the renewing of our minds by the Holy Spirit. We are not to be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our minds in Romans 12:2, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus in Philippians 4:7. True peace and protection do not come from energy within us but from casting all our worries on Him, because He cares for us in 1 Peter 5:7, and from walking in the light where the blood of Jesus Christ, His Son, cleanses us from all sin in 1 John 1:7. We thank you for honoring the blood of Jesus and we cling to that truth with you.

We also hear your heart regarding your stepfather and we affirm the clear boundaries you have expressed. We honor God's design for family and we pray that your home would be marked by purity, respect and honor, and that every relationship in your household would be used only for good and for God's glory.

We hear your deep longing for a man to love and to be loved by, someone who is kind to you, your family and your pets, who will support you practically and share life with you. We pray with you for a godly spouse and for a marriage that honors God. We believe marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman as God established in Genesis 2:24, where a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh. We encourage you to see any future boyfriend or girlfriend season as courtship with the clear goal of marriage to another Christian believer, for we are told not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers in 2 Corinthians 6:14. We want to lovingly remind you that living together and sexual intimacy are gifts reserved by God for within marriage alone, and that marriage should be held in honor among all, and the bed be undefiled in Hebrews 13:4. Any intimacy outside of that covenant is fornication and we want to guard your heart from that. A real human relationship that greatly honors God is one where you both delight yourself in Yahweh first, and He will give you the desires of your heart in Psalm 37:4, and where you trust in Yahweh with all your heart and acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight in Proverbs 3:5-6.

We rejoice that you desire someone who is greatly good to you and who loves animals, for a righteous man respects the life of his animal in Proverbs 12:10, but even more we pray he will first love the Lord with all his heart.

So together we pray in Jesus name. Father in heaven, we bring this dear sister, her mother, her three children and their beloved pets before Your throne of grace through the blood of Jesus. We ask You to cover this family with Your protection, to guard their hearts and minds with Your perfect peace and to fill their home with Your Holy Spirit and not with worldly ideas. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy against them and ask You to establish clear, godly boundaries and safety in their home. Lord, provide for her daily needs, for her work and for transportation, and supply a vehicle in Your perfect timing according to Your riches in glory. Above all, if it is Your will, bring into her life a godly husband, a faithful Christian man who will love You first, who will love her and her children as Christ loves the church, who will be kind, faithful, hardworking and pure, and who will lead their future marriage with love and honor until death. Keep them both pure in courtship and lead them into a holy marriage that greatly glorifies You and lasts for a lifetime. Give her patience to wait on Your best and not to settle for less than Your perfect will. We ask all of this together in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We hear your heart for your ###, your three children, and your pets, and how much you want your home to be filled with peace and safety. We also hear your desire for a real, healthy relationship with a good man who will love and respect you and be kind to your family and your pets, someone you are truly attracted to and can build a steady life with, and who can help practically while you are without a vehicle.

It is good that you are naming clear boundaries and wanting something honest and caring. That kind of clarity matters, and God cares about both the big longings of your heart and the everyday needs like getting to work and back.

One small step that may help is to share what you are hoping for with one trusted, grounded person in your life, a family member, pastor, or mature friend who knows you well. Talking it through out loud and inviting them to pray with you can bring wisdom and support as you wait and as you get to know someone over time, in safe and unhurried ways.

We are standing with you in prayer.

Father, we bring this family to You, this mother, her ###, her children and their pets. Cover their home with Your peace and protection and keep them close to You. Lead her in Your timing to a good and faithful relationship if it is Your will, and give her wisdom, discernment and patience along the way. Provide for her daily needs, including transportation for work, and help her feel Your care each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry for peace for yourself, your mother, your three children and your household, even your pets, has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord who is the God of all peace.

There is a true peace which this world cannot give, and it does not come from positive energy or from thoughts alone. The prophet has said, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is a present possession, and it is found only in Christ. As one has sung, Peace, perfect peace, in this dark world of sin, the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. That blood has made a full atonement, and through it we have peace with God. Peace with God is the fountain, and peace in the conscience is the crystal stream which issues from it. Do not seek after peace first. Seek after Christ first, and peace will come next.

We thank God for the clarity you have expressed concerning family boundaries. It is right and good and honoring to the Lord that a stepfather should be honored as family and not regarded as a man or soul mate in any romantic sense. God has ordered the family and the marriage relation for our good, and to keep those relations pure is to walk in wisdom and holiness. To maintain that distinction is pleasing to Him.

Your desire for a real, human, loving relationship is understood, and it is a good desire when it is brought under the Lord's ordering. The Scripture teaches that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that the sharing of a home and the intimacies of love belong within that covenant. It is not wise to begin life by casting such order to the winds. A godly husband is indeed good store to a family, a pillar and ornament to the home, one who will be greatly good to you, to your children and to all your household, and who will deal faithfully and tenderly as Christ loves His own. Therefore we will not ask God to bless a living together outside of marriage, but we will pray that if it be His will, He would in His time bring to you a man after His own heart, a pet lover and a faithful worker, one to whom you are truly attracted and who is truly attracted to you in the Lord, that you may fall in love and be joined together in holy marriage, and live a life you love together before Him.

Let us pray for you now.

O Lord our God, who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and who keeps Your people night and day, we ask for Your blessing upon this dear soul, upon her mother, upon her three offspring, and upon her household. Let the river of God enrich them and keep them. Give them that peace which is Your own child, Godlike in its character, unruffled and calm and profound, the peace which Jesus bought with His blood. Let their minds be stayed on You, that they may be kept in perfect peace though sorrows may surge around and duties press. Provide for their daily needs, for work and for conveyance, for safety going out and coming in. Keep them from evil company and from every false peace that cries peace, peace where there is no peace. And if it be Your gracious will, provide in Your perfect timing a godly husband, one man who will love this family as You have loved Your people, and who will enter with her into the holy covenant of marriage, to find rest in that house as in Your own provision. Above all, draw each heart to seek Christ first, trusting in Jesus Christ alone for salvation, for there is no other name by which we are saved. Let the blood of Jesus whisper peace within each heart until earths struggles shall cease and You call us to Heavens perfect peace. In the name of Jesus our peace, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been brought before the Lord with care, and I thank you for speaking so plainly about what is on your heart for yourself, your mother, your three children, and your pets, and for your desire to be protected from evil and to walk in what is good and pure.

It is right and good that you have made a clear boundary concerning your stepfather. That relationship is one of family honor, not of marriage or romance, and to keep it so is according to God's design for the family. Your instinct to reject any confusion there is wise and to be affirmed.

Your longing for a faithful, loving relationship is itself a good desire. God created marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and He intends that attraction, love, intimate union, and sharing a home belong together within that covenant. The Scripture teaches that a woman is bound to her husband as long as he lives, and that this bond is not to be taken lightly or entered apart from vows before God. For that reason we will not ask God to bless living together or sharing intimacy outside of marriage, but we will pray that He will lead you, in His time and wisdom, to a godly man who will love you and your family with gentleness, faithfulness, and self control, and that if it is His will, that love would lead to holy marriage.

You speak of wanting a man who is greatly good to you, to your family and your pets, who will care for you practically, as in helping with rides to work until you have a vehicle again, and who will be a true companion to come home to. Those are worthy prayers for provision and for character. Pray not only for a man you find attractive, but for a man who loves Christ first, who will lead with kindness and patience, and who will cherish you as Christ cherishes His Church. And as you wait, continue to cultivate gentleness, modesty, and peace in the home, for these are the things that build up love more than any outward adornment.

You also speak of positive energy and positive thoughts, and of the blood of Jesus. True peace and protection do not come from an impersonal energy, but from the person of Jesus Christ Himself. It is by His blood alone that we are saved, forgiven, and kept safe from the power of the evil one. When you say get behind me, Satan, you are right to resist the devil, but we resist him not by our thoughts alone, but by drawing near to Christ, trusting in His finished work on the cross, and walking in obedience to Him.

So let us pray together:

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and by His blood shed for us, we ask for Your mercy and keeping upon this dear mother, her mother, her three children, and their household including their pets. Guard them from all evil and from confusion, and fill their home with Your peace which passes understanding. Provide for their daily needs, for safe travel to and from work, and in Your provision for a vehicle when the time is right. Lead this sister in wisdom and purity as she waits on You. If it is Your will, bring into her life a faithful man who loves You above all, who will love her and her children with steadfastness and honor, and who will enter with her into the covenant of marriage if You join them together, so that their life together may reflect Your faithfulness. Keep her from all that is outside Your good design, and establish her heart more and more in Christ alone, in whom alone is salvation. Amen.

Thank you for sharing what is on your heart so openly. I hear your deep desire for peace and protection over yourself, your mom, your three children and your pets, and your longing for a healthy, loving relationship in the future.

The peace you are asking for does not come from positive energy or positive thoughts within ourselves. True peace comes from God Himself. At the baptism of Jesus we see the Father speaking His love over the Son and the Holy Spirit descending, showing us that God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and that He draws near to us personally. Through the blood of Jesus shed on the cross, God has made the one provision for our sin and our cleansing. It was not a gradual or uncertain thing, just as when Jesus touched the leper he was cleansed immediately. When we put our trust in what Jesus has done for us, we are brought from darkness into light and we receive His righteousness as a gift through faith, and the Holy Spirit brings real peace that guards our hearts.

It is right and good that you are setting a clear boundary that your stepfather is not and never should be a partner or soul mate to you or to your children. God designed the family with clear boundaries, and He designed marriage to be a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman. That design protects children and families and honors the Lord. Your instinct to guard that line is healthy and biblical, and I encourage you to keep that boundary firm and to seek wise and safe support around you and your family if you ever feel that boundary is pressured.

I also hear your desire for a future husband, someone you are genuinely attracted to, who is kind to you, to your family and to your pets, who will show practical care such as helping with rides to work until you have a vehicle again, and with whom you can build a faithful life together. God knows that longing, and He hears you when you ask Him for a companion. I will pray that if it is His will, He will bring into your life a man who first loves Jesus Christ, who will love you sacrificially within the commitment of marriage, and who will honor you and your children. Scripture teaches that sex and living together belong within that marriage covenant, not outside of it, so the best way to build the lasting, worry free love you described is to wait for that covenant and to pursue purity and patience as God prepares you both. A real human relationship that lasts is built on shared faith, character, kindness and commitment, not just on daily convenience or companionship.

You mentioned telling the enemy to get back, and that is a right desire to stand against evil. The Gospels show us that unclean spirits recognized Jesus and cried out before Him, but they had no power over Him. Jesus has all authority to rebuke evil and to deliver and protect His people. You do not need to rely on your own energy to keep evil away. You can come simply to Jesus in prayer, ask for His protection over your home, and trust that He who has saved you is also able to keep you.

Let me pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I bring this dear mother and her family before You. Thank You for the blood of Jesus that alone brings forgiveness and cleansing and access to You. I ask that You cover her, her mom, her three children and their pets with Your protection and fill their home with Your peace that passes understanding. Guard the boundaries of this family and keep them safe from confusion and harm. Provide for her practical needs for work and transportation according to Your wisdom. If it is Your will, in Your perfect timing, bring a godly man who loves You first and who will love her and her family with faithfulness, kindness and integrity within a lifelong marriage covenant. Help her to walk in discernment, purity and hope as she waits on You. Keep her close to Jesus and strengthen her faith each day. Amen.

Keep seeking the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, stay connected to faithful believers who can support you and your children in person, and trust that God sees you and cares for every detail of your life.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting you up along with your mom and your three children and your pets, asking the Lord to fill your home with His peace and positive thoughts and to cover you all with His protection and care. We have stood in agreement that your relationship with ### would remain only for good and in proper family boundaries and that the Lord would keep far from you any confusion or ungodly soul tie, for that is not His will for you or your children. We have prayed that every scheme of Satan and his crew would be rebuked and have no place in your lives and that you would be kept in purity and peace through the blood of Jesus. We have also lifted up your desire for a godly man, a pet lover whom you are attracted to and who is greatly good to you and your family and your pets, a man who will love you faithfully and support you by helping take you to work and pick you up until the Lord provides a vehicle again, and who will build with you a stable, loving, Christ centered relationship where you fall in love and remain together in a life you love that stays strong. We continue to plead the blood of Jesus over you and your household and ask for His perfect peace, for the peace of God shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7 and He will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed on Him Isaiah 26:3. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His son, Jesus Christ. We pray in Jesus Name, Amen.
