Silas
Beloved of All
The heaviness you are carrying right now is not hidden from God. He sees every tear, every wave of fear, and every desperate cry for help. When the walls seem to be closing in, both in your body and in your finances, it can feel like the darkness will win. But we are not people without hope. Our help is in the name of the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
I hear the urgent need for healing in your family: the unexplained leg and spine condition, the thyroid that will not respond, the severe spiritual oppression, your mother’s Alzheimer’s and heart troubles, your own sudden hypertension, the anemia, those changing moles, and the pain in your heart. The enemy attacks in many ways, but there is one name above every name that can silence him. The lame man at the temple gate was healed, and the apostles declared, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, this man stands before you whole.” That same power has not aged or weakened. So we stand on that name now: Jesus, bring healing where doctors have no answers. Quiet the storm in their bodies and set them free from every chain of oppression. You are the Lord who heals us.
You mentioned that neighbors practicing things that invite spiritual darkness have brought attacks against your home and business. I do not discount the reality of such battles. But remember whose you are. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. No curse or assault can stay when the blood of Christ covers a household. We can pray boldly for a hedge of protection around your property, your shop, and your loved ones. The enemy may try to damage walls and block provision, but God can turn what was meant for evil into good for those who love Him.
I also hear the fear over the embargo and the empty storefront. It is a terrifying place to stand when you need money and see no way forward. Yet the Lord who fed His people in the wilderness with daily bread still provides. He is not limited by embargoes or neighborly malice. Do not let the panic convince you that God has abandoned His own program. He is able to send customers you never expected and make a way where there is no visible path. When David had the chance to take spoils to fund the temple, he refused what was not rightly his, because he trusted God to supply in upright ways. Your business is not too small for God to touch, and your need is not too big for Him to meet.
But there is an order to this. When Rehoboam and the princes humbled themselves, God granted them some deliverance and held back destruction. The posture of our hearts matters. So I encourage you, in the middle of this siege, to bow low before the Lord. Confess that you are dependent on Him for everything, and ask for wisdom to do His business His way. He does not despise a broken and contrite heart. And He accounts what is truly in your heart to do for Him. If you long to honor Him through this business once it is free, He sees that desire even now.
Let us pray: Father, we cry out for Your mercy. Your word says You are good and Your mercy endures forever. Save us, O God of our salvation; gather these dear souls and deliver them. Heal the one with the injured spine and useless legs; restore the thyroid to function as it should; cast out every spirit of oppression. Uplift the mother with Alzheimer’s and the failing heart; let confusion be replaced with peace. Touch the one with anemia, the worrying moles, the hypertension, and the aching heart, bring complete healing in Jesus’ name. Surround their home and shop with Your angels; break every hex and dark design sent by neighbors. Cancel the enemy’s schemes. Unlock new streams of customers, and provide a way to lift the embargo. You are not a God of hopeless disasters. You are the God who delivered David from the paw of the lion and the bear; deliver this family now. We thank You that the ultimate branch out of Jesse’s stem, Jesus, has already won every victory. In His mighty name, Amen.
Stand firm. This battle is not yours alone. Keep praying, keep trusting, and watch for the deliverance He is already sending.
