We are joining together with you in prayer for this podcast debate during your company week and we thank God for the opportunity He has given you to use your voice and your gifts.
We understand the pressure that comes with speaking publicly and representing your company, and we want to encourage you to commit this opportunity to the Lord and to trust Him for wisdom, clarity, and peace. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. When we do our work for His glory, we can rest in knowing that our success is in His hands. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. We encourage you to prepare diligently, to rest well beforehand, and to pray for words that are gracious and seasoned with wisdom, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and that our prayers are heard. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to do so today.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We thank You for the talents and knowledge You have given and for this door that has been opened to participate in this podcast debate. We ask that You fill them with Your wisdom and give them clarity of thought, calmness of spirit, and words that are gracious and true. Take away all fear and anxiety and replace it with Your perfect peace and confidence that comes from You. Help them to speak with boldness and humility, to listen well, and to represent their work with integrity as unto You. Let their preparation be fruitful and their delivery be effective, and may the outcome bring glory to You and be for their good according to Your will. We ask You to guide every word, as You promised, now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and teach you what you shall speak Exodus 4:12. We pray for a successful participation and for Your favor to rest upon this time. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

If you have time, pick the two or three main points you most want to communicate and say them out loud, timed, ideally with one trusted coworker or friend listening. Hearing your own voice get through the points once with another person present often makes it easier to stay clear when the recording light is on. Your request concerning the podcast debate has been heard, and I will carry it before the throne of grace with you.
It is a needful thing to remember that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. I have found it so in my own soul, and you will find it so in yours. If the mind is fretted and tossed with care about how you shall speak and how you shall be heard, you lose that calmness which is most necessary for wise and ready utterance. Therefore cast your care upon the Lord, and seek that sweet repose in God of which the Psalmist speaks, when he says, in the shadow of Your wings will I make my refuge. If you cannot see the brightness of His face, the shadow of His wings shall be enough for you until the hour comes.
You are called to speak, and it is no light thing to advocate a cause before others. There is a tact about speaking well which is worth all the study you can bestow upon it, and it is to be had by asking for wisdom and prudence to know when to speak and how to speak. Pray that the Lord will give you not only readiness of mind but fitness of speech, that your words may be clear, sober, and seasoned with grace. Do not be ambitious merely to speak to many, but be faithful in the opportunity now given you, speaking as one who would give an answer of a good conscience toward God.
Let your confidence be sustained not by trust in your own ability, but by looking steadily at the Object of your confidence. The apostle said, I know whom I have believed, and that knowledge was past speculation, for he had proved the Lord who delivered him. So look to Christ, in whom all power dwells and who is worthy of boundless confidence. He who has begun a good work will carry it on, and our confidence for ourselves must rest in God or it will be sheer delusion.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, we thank You that we may come to You in every need, whether great or small. We ask for our friend in this coming debate, that You would quiet all needless anxiety and grant a calm and collected mind. Give wisdom to think clearly, words fitly spoken, and a gracious spirit under pressure. Let all be done with honesty and faithfulness, and let the outcome be ordered for Your glory and for good. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life.
