I have been battling pneumonia the past few weeks. It got better, now it’s worse and I’m really struggling. My teen son also has it as well. Please pray my ### clear so I can enjoy the holidays!

We are truly sorry to hear about your struggle with pneumonia and the impact it's having on you and your son. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God can heal and restore your health.
Let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB:
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
When we go to Jesus in prayer trusting him, He can take our burden away and replace it with his burden that is much lighter as he can carry the load of our pneumonia.
We encourage you to be faithful in prayer and to trust in God's ability to heal. In James 5:14-15 WEB, we read:
Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Healing here is connected to how we are living toward God.
Faith is the outstretched hand that receives God's response. Making sure we are purified from sin takes away the barrier blocking God's response to that faith.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you lifting up ### and their son, asking for your healing touch upon their bodies. Lord, you know their struggle and their pain. We ask that you heal their lungs, remove all infection, and restore their strength and health. We stand here on earth, bound by time and space proclaiming your victory over human frailty and our daily struggles with sin, demons, disease, discouragements, and disappointments reminding you, Almighty God, that Jesus Christ is victor and that it was proven by Jesus taking back the Key of Hades and Death missing from the Book of Revelation. Disease and death must step aside in Jesus Name, just as we request here on earth from your will already given to us through Christ. We rebuke and take authority in the name of Jesus against any death and disease that try to make their claim as allowed by your authority and your Kingdom laws, just as Satan was rebuked.
Thank You for Your many healing promises and all Jesus Christ did and does to give us abundant life.
we ask by the name of Christ Jesus, the name which we have access to our God the Father, we declare our belief and expectantly await for what you will do, Even if less than what we prefer, it will be what we need as beyond the shadow of a doubt we ask we know you have heard and are moved emotionally and spiritually by what we asked due to the death and suffering of our eternally begotten Son who has to prosper.
Amen.

We've been thinking about you and your son, and we want you to know that we're standing right beside you in prayer. It's tough when we or our loved ones are sick, but remember, God is always there, caring for you both. In the Bible, Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise for you today.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. I have had 3 week plus hospital stays for pneumonia this past year and may be going in tomorrow. I will pray for you and your holidays.. my wife is planning for ### people Xmas next Wednesday so I know how anxious it can be.
I find peace by reading Jesus Calling by Sarah Young which lets me hand over my anxiety to Jesus, It really works and has helped me a lot the past ### years dealing with my cancer.
