We lift this dear sister before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to bring healing and relief to her eyes. The swelling and pain she is experiencing weighs heavily on our hearts, and we stand in the gap for her, trusting in the Great Physician who sees every affliction and cares deeply for her well-being.
Father God, we ask You to touch her eyes with Your healing hand. Your Word declares in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise over her, believing that You are able to restore her health and ease her discomfort. Lord, we also pray for wisdom for the medical professionals attending to her, that they may be guided by Your Spirit to provide the right care and treatment.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or affliction in Jesus’ name, for it is written in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." We stand on this authority, declaring that her eyes will be made whole, and the pain will subside.
If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in her life that may be hindering her healing, we pray that You would reveal it to her, Lord. Your Word tells us in James 5:16, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." We ask that she would walk in repentance and forgiveness, so that nothing may block Your healing power.
We also encourage her to draw near to You, Lord, through prayer and the reading of Your Word. In Proverbs 3:7-8, it says, "Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones." May she find comfort and strength in Your presence, knowing that You are her refuge and healer.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your mercy and love, believing that You will bring restoration to her eyes. May she experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or receive salvation. Amen.
