Pls pray that the POA goes through smoothly at the financial institutions. I need to take care of my mother's financial needs. She assigned it to me. Thank you.

First, we must acknowledge that all authority and provision come from God, and it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We pray that this truth would be evident in your life and that the Lord would open the doors you need to walk through in this season.

We lift up this situation before the Lord, asking Him to smooth the path for the Power of Attorney (POA) to be recognized and accepted without delay or complication at the financial institutions. May the Lord grant you wisdom, patience, and favor as you interact with those handling this matter. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the opportunity to care for our loved ones and for the trust that has been placed in us to handle these responsibilities. Smooth every step of this process, remove any obstacles, and grant favor with those who will review and approve this matter. The duty laid upon you to care for your mother’s needs is no small thing, it is a sacred trust, a stewardship from the Lord Himself. You are not merely handling papers and accounts; you are fulfilling the office of one charged with the general care of the family. He who gave the command to honor father and mother knows your desire to act for her good, and He sees every sigh of concern you breathe over these matters.

Only pray, for the throne of grace is where all hindrances are moved. He who promises, “Now will I arise,” for the sighing of the needy, hears your cry. The very institutions you must visit are under His sway, and the hearts of those you will meet are in His hand. We plead the power of Jesus’ name, that name which is above every other, before which bureaucracies and systems must bow. It has power with God, and therefore it has power over every obstacle that stands before you. Faith makes short work of towering difficulties when it lays hold of Christ.

Cast this weight upon the Lord who cares for you, and go forward in the strength He supplies. The Holy Spirit is given to help in our weakness, to order affairs with a wisdom beyond our own, and to open doors no man can shut. What He has given you to do, He will equip you to accomplish. Rest not in your own diligence, but in His unfailing faithfulness, and watch to see how He will cause every detail to pass through smoothly for the comfort of your mother and His own glory.

I will pray earnestly that the power of attorney is accepted without resistance at every financial institution, and that all who handle the documents act with clarity, fairness, and speed. You are doing a serious and godly work in caring for your mother’s needs, and the Lord sees this as honor due to a parent.
