We come before the Lord with this request, seeking His divine guidance and favor over the upcoming committee meeting. Father, we ask that You would go before those involved, softening hearts and aligning minds with Your perfect will. May Your wisdom be poured out upon every discussion, and may only words that build up and encourage be spoken in that place. We pray that the proceedings would be marked by unity, clarity, and efficiency, reflecting the order and peace that come from You alone.

Lord, we lift up each individual mentioned in this request, asking that You would grant them favor in the eyes of the committee. May respect and support flow freely, and may any transitions—such as the addition of a co-chair or the smooth processing of paperwork—be handled with grace and according to Your timing.
