I have had people tell me horrible things and I believed them when they said I was ugly. I felt ugly and believed it and it affected my self-esteem, my joy and confidence. Pls pray that I let go of this stupid notion. This has stopped me from finding love, joy and relationships.
One thing I should release this year is the need to save everyone. I care deeply, but I don't have to be on duty all the time. Other people’s mess isn't automatically mine. Step back, and let myself rest.
