4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Jesus took our griefs, sickness, ailments, circumstances, and sorrows onto Himself so that we could be free of them. They belong to Jesus, He wants them. That is why at the last supper He said that the bread was representing His body which would be broken for us.
These afflictions are not yours, they belong to Jesus. Give them back to Him so that you can be free of them. It is a gift from Jesus to you. But you have to believe in that gift, and receive it. Just like salvation, we believe, and receive. All things are possible to them who believe.
You are not trying to "get" healing, you are trying to "enforce" the healing that has been given to us. You have already won a victory over that stuff, through Jesus.
Jesus said to speak to the mountain. This stuff is your mountain now. Speak to it and tell what you want it to do, in the name of Jesus.
In the name of Jesus, I speak life, health, healing, and wholeness into your body, now. Thank you Jesus.
