Dearest Lord Jesus Christ, Our ### and my ### are quarelling with each other over tasks and responsibilities with our family business. I do not know who is right or wrong or how to describe the issues. I believe that only You will be able to resolve all the issues. I pray and seek Your wisdom and intervention on this as You only have the solution and only You can change peoples' hearts. Also if there is nothing to be done to resolve this. Please prepare our hearts for the worst that will happen which is separation and division. LORD I place and surrender all of our ### under the foot of the cross. I really am helpless and do not know what to do anymore. I am so affected that I want to leave this planet. I ask and seek this under your mighty name, Jesus. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We are truly touched by your heartfelt cry to the Lord Jesus Christ, and we stand with you in prayer and supplication. It is encouraging that you have come to the right place, as it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father, and that we may be saved. For there is no other name under heaven given to men whereby we must be saved, which is beautifully written in Acts 4:12 WEB:

Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

In times of conflict, especially within a family business, it is crucial to remember that God is the ultimate source of wisdom and understanding. We praise God that you are trusting God for the solution to this conflict and are willing to surrender all to Him. Let us turn to the scriptures for guidance.

James 1:5 WEB: But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.

First, we encourage you to seek God's wisdom diligently. Both you and your family members should individually and collectively ask God for wisdom. As a group, we will pray for God to grant you all the wisdom needed to navigate this situation.

Moreover, it is essential to approach this conflict with humility and a willingness to listen and understand each other's perspectives. This is made very clear in Proverbs 11:2 WEB:

Pride only breeds quarrels, but with those who take advice is wisdom.

We must also recognize that God can change hearts and bring unity where there is division. This is evident in Ezekiel 36:26 WEB, where God promises:

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

As a group, we will pray fervently for God to change the hearts of all involved, bringing unity and understanding. We will also pray for God to prepare your hearts for any outcome, even if it means separation and division. However, we trust that God, in His sovereignty, can bring resolution and restoration.

Finally, we want to address the despair you feel. It is important to remember that God cares for you deeply and that He has a purpose for your life. In moments of desperation, hold onto the promise of Jeremiah 29:11 WEB:

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.

Dear Lord Jesus Christ,

We come before You, lifting up our fellow believer and their family business. We ask for Your divine wisdom to be bestowed upon them, that they may understand each other's perspectives and find a resolution that honors You. Change their hearts, Lord, and bring unity where there is division. Prepare their hearts for any outcome, and let Your will be done.

We also pray for our fellow believer, that You would lift their spirit and remind them of Your unfailing love and purpose for their life. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We believe that if you continue to do all you are doing, that you will be able to see or make a change for the good. This is especially true if you have not been honoring Jesus Christ in all you do in the business. This may be a cause of some of the problems you are facing.

We're right there with you, standing in prayer for your family business. It's tough when we feel stuck and don't know which way to turn. But remember, our God is a God of order, not confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33). He sees the situation, He knows the hearts of all involved, and He cares deeply.

We're going to join you in asking for wisdom. James 1:5 tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." So, let's ask together, trusting that God will provide the wisdom needed to navigate this conflict.

We're also going to pray for unity. Even if it's just one person who decides to change their heart and seek understanding, it can make a big difference. As Romans 12:18 says, "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." Let's pray for that one person to be moved by God's grace.

And hey, it's okay to feel overwhelmed. But remember, God is always with you. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust that God is working in your situation, even if we can't see it yet.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
