You carry a weight of care and anxiety in this matter, and the word of the Lord speaks to such a moment, Neither be you of a doubtful mind. The chief concern of a man should be to see that his own soul is right in the sight of God, and to keep the heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life. When earthly affairs press upon us, and we must wait upon the decisions of others, we are tempted to a doubtful and troubled mind, but the Lord would have His people rest in Him.
Remember that power belongeth unto God. Twice have we heard this, that power belongeth unto God. And our risen Lord has declared that all power is given unto Him in heaven and in earth. The hearts of all are in His hands, and He can incline those who sit in places of responsibility to act with clarity, honesty and favour. There is great power about a sigh in the ears of a loving mother, how much more in the ears of our heavenly Father. For the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the Lord. He hears the involuntary sigh of His child in weakness and sorrow, and He arises to help.
We pray now that the Lord in His mercy would grant you favour today.
