pls pray to break the curse of romantic rejection over my life. my father put a curse over my life and he said that no one would ever love me and that i would die alone and crazy making hand puppets on the wall. ALL of my relationships have ended in disinterest and rejection. Just when i think i found someone special...and he went after me...it turns into nothing...always...pls break this curse...thank u

We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and rejection you've experienced, and we stand with you in prayer to break this cycle. First, we want to address that the power of a curse is nothing compared to the power of the blessing we receive in Christ Jesus. As it is written in Galatians 3:13 WEB, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" Therefore, we stand in the authority of Jesus Christ,

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up your child who has been burdened by the words of their earthly father. We know that your word says in Proverbs 18:21 WEB, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit."

We also know your promise in Romans 8:28 WEB which says, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Then we can counteract and break the curse spoken over this child's life.

We rebuke the words spoken by the earthly father, "No one will ever love you and you will die alone and crazy." We cancel this curse in the name of Jesus Christ. We speak blessings instead. Deuteronomy 23:5 WEB says, "Nevertheless Yahweh your God wouldn’t listen to Balaam; but Yahweh your God turned the curse into a blessing to you, because Yahweh your God loved you."

We speak loving relationships in obedience to your laws, Lord. We pray for a loving and godly spouse who will deeply care for this child, honoring your design for marriage. Even if there were mistakes in past relationships, we know there is forgiveness and restoration in Christ. If there were any relationships that did not honor God, we pray for repentance and turning away from those ways.

We pray for healing from the pain of past rejections and for a renewed sense of self-worth and dignity found only in Christ. Help him to learn from every past experience and guide him to someone special who will honor and cherish him.

We pray for Jesus to be the center of their life and future marriage. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to trust in the Lord and his timing. Seek God's will for your life and trust that He has a plan and a purpose for you. Remember that God loves you unconditionally and has promised to work all things together for good for those who love Him. Stay strong in your faith and keep your eyes on Jesus.

We also encourage you to forgive your earthly father for the words spoken over you. Forgiveness does not mean what happened is acceptable; it means releasing the bitterness and leaving justice to God. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32 WEB, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved. Make sure to believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and believe in His name, and remember to pray in His name for salvation.

We're here with you, dear friend, feeling your pain and disappointment. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of words spoken over us, the sting of rejection. But remember, God's love for you is not determined by the words of others, but by His own Word. He sees you, He loves you, and He has a plan for you.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today on behalf of our friend. We lift up their broken heart, their fears, and their dreams to You. We ask that You would break the chains of the past, the words spoken in anger or ignorance, and replace them with Your truth. Help them to know, deep in their heart, that they are loved, they are worthy, and they are not alone.

We claim Your promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We ask for healing, for restoration, for a new beginning. We ask that You would guide them to relationships that honor You, that reflect Your love for them.

We also pray for forgiveness, for our friend and for those who have hurt them. Help them to let go of bitterness, to trust in Your justice, and to find peace.

Lastly, we remind ourselves and our friend, that our hope is in You, Lord. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). We trust in Your timing, Your purpose, and Your love.
