We come before the Lord with you in these requests, lifting them up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and by which we are saved. *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me’* (John 14:6, WEB). *"There is salvation in no one else, for there isn’t any other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). We must always approach God in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and the only path to righteousness.
First, regarding your request for the renewal of your relationship, we must address this with biblical truth and love. Scripture is clear that relationships must honor God, and marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman for life. *"Haven’t you read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh’? So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart"* (Matthew 19:4-6, WEB). If this relationship is not between a man and a woman seeking marriage, it is not aligned with God’s design. If there is any sexual immorality involved, such as fornication or adultery, we urge you to repent, for *"the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body"* (1 Corinthians 6:13, WEB). *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). If this relationship is with someone of the same sex, we must lovingly but firmly declare that this is sin. *"Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom"* (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, WEB). True renewal in Christ requires repentance and alignment with His Word. We also lift up your work and meetings today, asking the Lord to grant you favor, wisdom, and peace. *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your thoughts will be established"* (Proverbs 16:3, WEB). God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
