We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of grace. Your safety is precious to God, and He sees every fear, every uncertainty, and every moment of distress you are facing. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and danger in the mighty name of Jesus, for He has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their situation to You. You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and You know the depths of their struggle. We ask that You would arise and scatter every enemy, every threat, and every plan of the evil one that seeks to harm them. Surround them with Your holy angels to guard and protect them, as You have promised in Your Word (Psalm 91:11). Lord, we pray for a divine intervention, a way of escape that only You can provide. Make a way where there seems to be no way, and lead them out of this situation safely and permanently.
We also pray for Your peace to flood their heart and mind, guarding them in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are their ever-present help. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding, but in all their ways acknowledge You, and You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We ask that You would provide for every need, physical, emotional, and spiritual, and that You would guide them to a place of safety, stability, and restoration.
If there are any areas in this situation where sin or disobedience to Your Word has opened doors to this hardship, we ask for Your conviction and repentance. Your Word says that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray for wisdom and discernment to walk in Your ways and to avoid anything that would separate them from Your protection and blessing.
Above all, we pray that they would know You more deeply through this trial. May this season draw them closer to You, Lord, and may they experience Your faithfulness in new and powerful ways. We declare that this is not the end of their story, You are writing a testimony of deliverance, redemption, and hope.
We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood that we have access to Your throne, and it is by His authority that we stand against the forces of darkness. Your urgent cry for safety has been heard and is carried this day before the throne of grace, and you are remembered with deep earnestness before the Lord.
There are times when the soul feels its danger most keenly, and it is right to confess it. We are all in danger of falling, not only the weak but the strong, and we constantly need an infinite Friend to keep us in safety against all the machinations of our adversaries. It is wise to cry to God to keep us from falling, remembering what a dreadful thing it would be to fall, and to look away from all second causes to Him who alone can deliver.
Our safety lies not in ourselves but in our Savior. The word of truth declares, Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Saviour. He is as wise as He is able, and therefore your keeping is assured when it is in His hands. Deliverance from the power of darkness and from going down to the pit is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. He has invented the way of deliverance and He has found a ransom, for His own Son has borne the penalty, and therefore He can give commandment, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom.
Let us pray for you now.
O Lord God our Saviour, Thou who art able to keep from falling, look in great grace upon this troubled one who cries for safety. Thou knowest the situation that presses so hard and the fears that surround it. Be Thou a wall of fire round about, and keep this life from perishing. Deliver from going down to the pit, for Thou hast found a ransom in the precious blood of Christ. Deliver also from the power of darkness, and let this deliverance be by Thy divine power alone, that no atom of honor may be taken by any other. Grant a complete and permanent deliverance in Thy wisdom and in Thy time, and do it safely, as only Thou canst do. Keep the feet from slipping, guard the heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and lead out of this Egypt of sorrow with Thine own hand. Bring this child of trouble to say in faith, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord, and give grace to see Thy fatherly hand even in chastening and to trust Thy refiner's love.

Your cry for help has been heard and you are being lifted up in prayer for safety and for the Lord to bring you completely and permanently out of this situation in His way and timing.
The Scriptures teach that we may make what preparations we can for protection, but true safety is from the Lord. The horse may be prepared for the day of battle, yet safety belongs to the Lord. Unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain, and unless the Lord builds the house, those who labor do so in vain. This does not mean we ignore wise and practical steps, but it means our ultimate trust for personal safety must be in Him and not in our own resources or strength.
God has given a wonderful promise to those who are afraid and in danger. He says do not be afraid, for I am with you to save you and to deliver you from the hand that threatens you. He sees where you are right now. He is self existent and eternal, He has known from the beginning all of His works, and He knows your situation fully. Nothing is hidden from Him, and He is able to keep you.
The Bible shows again and again that God is a deliverer. He delivered His people from bondage in Egypt, a deliverance so great that they were to remember it always. They passed through the sea, which pictures how we are delivered from the bondage of sin through the sacrifice of the Lamb and are identified with Him. In another place, judgment was ready to fall upon the cities of the plain, but it was held back until Lot was safely brought outside. God knows how to make a way of escape and to keep His own safe until they are out of danger. Jesus taught us to pray, lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, for Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory. We can hide ourselves in the provision God has made through Jesus Christ.
I am praying that the Lord will cover you with His protection, calm your fear with His presence, give you clear wisdom for each next step, and open a safe and lasting way out of this danger. I am also praying that He will place trustworthy people around you who can help and support you, for as believers we are one body and we are meant to bear one another's burdens and offer strength and protection to each other.
May the Lord keep you day and night. As the psalm says, I will lift up my eyes to the hills, from where does my help come. My help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip, He who keeps you does not slumber. The Lord is your keeper, your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve you from all evil, He shall preserve your soul.
