We hear your desperate cry and we are standing with you right now in prayer, asking God to bring you strength and calm and to keep you from fainting.
We urge you, if you are feeling like you may faint, please sit or lie down right away where you are safe, breathe slowly and deeply, and if possible call for someone near you to stay with you or call for medical help if you need it. God cares for your body as well as your spirit and He does not want you to face this fear alone.
The Lord hears when we call to Him. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61:2. We take comfort that He says, Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.
You cried out to God for help, and we want to gently share that God invites us to come to Him through His Son Jesus Christ. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13. It is through Jesus that our prayers have access to the Father and it is through faith in Him that we have peace with God, forgiveness of sins, and eternal life. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus, we encourage you to call upon His name now, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and confess Him as Lord.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we lift up this precious one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the fear and the weakness and the feeling of faintness right now. We ask You to steady this body, to calm this heart, to bring strength and clear breath and peace. Lord, let Your presence be felt as a very present help. We cast all worries on You because You care for us. 1 Peter 5:7. We ask that in place of anxiety You would give Your peace which surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Hold this dear one with Your righteous right hand, let them know they are not alone, and guide them to the help they need. Give wisdom to know whether to seek medical care and provide comforters nearby. Draw them close to Jesus and let them know Your love and salvation. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to keep calling on Jesus and to keep reaching out for help from people around you. You are not forgotten. God is near to those who call on Him, and we are continuing to pray for your strength and peace. If this feeling continues, please seek medical attention promptly and let someone you trust know what you are experiencing.
