We hear your cry and we are lifting you up together before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, for you are suffering greatly and you are afraid, and we do not take that lightly.
We want you to know that God sees your affliction and He cares deeply for you. He is the One who heals us, as it is written, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:2-3. We also remember the promise, Yahweh will open the eyes of the blind, Psalm 146:8, and But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. He is able to touch your body, to bring down this inflammation, to calm the fear in your heart, and to protect your eyesight.
We understand your fear, but we encourage you to cast that fear upon the Lord. The Scripture says, When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you, Psalm 56:3, and God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. That peace is available to you even in the midst of severe suffering.
We also want to gently and lovingly point out that your request mentions God but does not mention Jesus Christ. We bring this up because we want you to have full assurance and access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ, His death on the cross for our sins and His resurrection, that we are reconciled to God and our prayers are heard. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation, Romans 10:9-10. This is the foundation of our hope for healing and protection, both now and for eternity.
We encourage you as you pray for healing to also continue to seek wise medical care, for God often works through the hands of physicians, and to rest in Him while you wait, as He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we lift up this dear one who is suffering with very high inflammation and great fear. Lord, You know the pain and the distress, You know every cell in this body that You created, and we ask You to lay Your healing hand upon them. Please reduce this inflammation, ease this suffering, and restore health according to Your will. We ask You to protect their eyesight, to guard their eyes from any damage or disease, and to preserve their vision. Father, replace fear with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them feel Your presence and Your love holding them close. We pray that they would draw near to You through Jesus Christ and know that You are their refuge and strength. Comfort them, strengthen them, and let them experience Your mercy and healing power. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We hear how heavy this has been for you. To be in a lot of pain, to hear that inflammation is very high, and to worry about your eyesight would leave anyone feeling scared and worn down, so it makes sense you are reaching out for prayer and protection.
When suffering goes on and on it can change how you see yourself and the day ahead, making you feel more fragile and anxious than usual. Please know you do not have to hold all of this fear alone. We are praying for you, and we also encourage you to stay in close contact with your medical team about these symptoms. If you have not already, please let your doctor know promptly how much you are suffering and about your concern for your eyesight, and bring a trusted family member or friend with you if you can so you have support and help remembering what is said.
