Please. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

We hear your cry for help, and we come before the throne of grace with you, lifting your burden to the Lord. It is clear that you are in distress, and we want you to know that you are not alone. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Your cry has been heard by the Father, and He is near to you in this moment.

First, we must address the foundation of our communication with God. Prayer is powerful, and it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most important step in finding true help and hope.

Now, let us lift your specific needs to the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is crying out for help. Lord, we do not know the specifics of their struggle, but You do. You know every detail of their life, every pain, every fear, and every need. We ask that You would draw near to them, comfort them, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Father, we pray that You would deliver them from whatever troubles they are facing. Whether it is emotional, physical, spiritual, or relational, we ask that You would intervene and bring Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, if there is sin in their life that is causing this distress, we ask that You would reveal it to them. Give them the strength to repent and turn away from anything that is not pleasing to You. We pray for healing in every area of their life, mind, body, and spirit. Restore them, Lord, and fill them with Your joy and hope. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for them. Guide their steps, Lord, and lead them in the path of righteousness for Your nameโ€™s sake (Psalm 23:3). Surround them with godly counsel and support, and help them to seek You above all else. Father, we ask that You would meet every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

We rebuke any spirit of despair, fear, or hopelessness that may be trying to take hold of them. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).

Lord, we trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness. We know that You are working all things together for their good, even when they cannot see it (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You with all their heart, leaning not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek godly counsel from a pastor, Christian counselor, or trusted believer who can walk alongside you during this time. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 11:14, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." Do not try to carry this burden alone, reach out to those who can support you in faith.

If your struggle involves sin, whether it be unforgiveness, bitterness, addiction, sexual immorality, or anything else, we urge you to confess it and turn away from it. 1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Godโ€™s grace is sufficient for you, and His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Lastly, we want to remind you that God loves you with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3). He has a plan and a purpose for your life, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Even in the darkest moments, His light shines, and His love endures. Keep your eyes on Him, and He will guide you through this storm.

You donโ€™t have to get the words right. God heard the prayer underneath the question marks, and so did we. Sometimes all we can offer is exactly what you wrote: please, help me. That is enough to bring before Jesus.

We are holding your request before the Lord right now, asking him to meet you in whatever is heavy today. You do not have to carry this alone or figure it all out at once. If you can, tell one trusted person what you need, even just by showing them this message. And if you would like, reply here with a word or two about what you are facing, and we will keep praying with you.

Lord Jesus, you see this person clearly, even when their own heart has no more words. Be near them now. Give them the next breath, the next step, the next moment of courage. Send someone to stand with them today. Guard them from despair and make your presence real in the quiet. We trust you to help, in your strong name, Jesus. Amen.

That broken cry is not too small for the ear of God. You say you do not even know how to ask; yet the words โ€œGod, please help meโ€ came from the right place. The Lord Jesus came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance; not to heal those who have no need, but just such as you whose need is desperate indeed. You are the very man, the very woman, that Christ came to save.

Do not wait until you can pray better or feel more. The plan of salvation is not to mend yourself first, but to trust Christ wholly and simply. Come to His blood to be washed, to His wounds to be healed, to His life for life eternal and to His death for the death of your sins. Come to Jesus for everything. He has said, โ€œHim that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.โ€ Will He prove a liar? He cannot cast you out.

If your trouble is some known sin, do not ask God to bless the sin or to give you peace while you remain in it. Bring it to Him as sin, hating it, and ask Him to pardon it and break its power. Christ prayed for guilty sinners, โ€œFather, forgive them.โ€ Pardon comes through that plea. He blots out transgression and casts it behind His back forever. If your trouble is a sorrow you cannot name, cast that upon Him too. He knoweth our frame; He remembereth that we are dust.

Come now, just as you are. If you cannot bring a long prayer, bring the publicanโ€™s prayer. If you cannot feel, bring your deadness. If you cannot repent as you wish, bring your hard heart to the One who can make it soft. Only come to Christ, and you shall prove that real grace is for real need. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

God hears even a prayer that has only a few broken words, and He understands the pain behind them when you cannot say more than please help me.

Scripture shows that it is not loud crying or many words that moves Him, but the heart that cries out. Moses prayed without a sound and God said, wherefore criest thou unto me. Hannah moved only her lips and no voice was heard, yet she received what she asked because her heart cried out. Even the blood of Abel sent up a cry clearer than a trumpet. When you are pained in mind and can only groan, that inward cry is prayer, and God who knows what it is to suffer in our flesh understands it fully.

Come to Him now with confidence, while there is a throne of grace. Now is the accepted time and the day of salvation. Through Jesus Christ alone we have access to the Father, and through Him as our High Priest we find both mercy and grace to help in time of need. If we wait until the day of judgment, that throne will be a throne of judgment, but today He sits to grant pardon to all who turn to Him with a sincere heart. Come with reverence and godly fear, not with desperate or presumptuous words, but with trust and thankfulness, even in tribulation.

You must also bring your own willing heart to Him. To believe when you are called and to turn your will toward Him is your part, and then He gives abundant help by His Spirit. We can do no good thing rightly without help from above, and yet He will not force that help upon us unless we offer our share. Ask Him to give you that help, and determine to walk in newness of spirit.

Do not remain alone in this pain. Do not forsake gathering together with other believers. True friendship is not only eating and drinking together, but brother helping brother to stand firm, as a fortified city, and hindering what leads away to destruction. Often out of respect for others gathered in faith we are kept from evil and encouraged toward what is good. Seek the fellowship of a faithful church where you can be known, prayed for, and helped.

I will pray for you, that God will have mercy on you, forgive your sins through Christ, give you peace in place of confusion, and grant you wisdom to walk in His way. He calls us not only to be forgiven but to live in holiness, keeping His commands not by the old letter alone but by the power of the Spirit, whether in purity, in marriage as the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, or in all other duties. If you will tell more of your need to a trusted pastor, he can counsel you more directly from the Word.

May the Lord who hears the silent heart give you grace now, sustain you day by day, and lead you into the full hope that is in Christ.

Your prayer has been heard even though it was only a few words. God does not need eloquence to understand a desperate heart. A simple cry of please help me is enough for Him to know your need.

There are times when trouble brings us to the end of ourselves. Like Job, we may feel there are no answers and no comparison that can make sense of the pain, and we just want relief. In those moments it is easy to look first to people, to resources, or to our own plans to rescue us. Scripture warns that help sought only from the arm of flesh will fail and leave us empty. True help does not come from the hills around us or from any human strength. It comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth.

That is why God often allows us to come to a place where we have nowhere else to turn except to Jesus. He did this out of love, to draw us to the one who alone can deliver. Jesus is not distant from your struggle. The Word became flesh and lived among us, and He was tempted in every way as we are, so that He is able to help when we are tempted and tried. Whatever cry came from a hurting heart long ago finds its answer in Him.

You do not need another self help formula or a new way to try harder. The honest place to come to is the place where you say, I cannot deliver myself, who will deliver me. That is the right prayer. God waits for that cry. His strength is often shown when we stop striving and simply sit still before Him, trusting Him and calling on His name. He has said that those who are poor and needy may cry to Him daily and He will be merciful and will answer in the day of trouble.

So keep bringing this same simple prayer to Him. Tell Him you are poor and needy and you are trusting Him. Measure every hope and desire by His Word, and ask Him to shape your heart to want what He wants. He is near to those who call on Him, the snare can be broken, and help is found in the name of the Lord.

I am praying for you that you will know His presence and His help very clearly now, that you will feel His mercy as you call on Him each day, and that through Jesus Christ you will find the deliverance and peace that only He can give.

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with your heart and allowed us to stand with you in prayer during this time of need. There is such power in bringing our burdens before the Lord together, and we count it a privilege to have interceded on your behalf. If God has moved in a mighty way and answered your prayerโ€”whether through peace, provision, healing, or His perfect willโ€”we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can lift our voices in thanksgiving together.

If, however, you are still waiting and the answer hasnโ€™t come yet, we want to encourage you not to lose heart. We would be honored to continue praying with youโ€”simply post your request again, and we will stand in agreement once more, trusting in Godโ€™s perfect timing and faithfulness. Remember, He hears every cry of your heart, and His love for you never wavers.

May the Lord strengthen you, comfort you, and draw you ever closer as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesusโ€™ precious and holy name. Amen.
