We understand that you're seeking a change in your work schedule and an overall improvement in your life, including your marriage. We will pray for God's will and His guidance for you and your wife. In all things, we should seek God's will and trust in His plan for our lives. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who seeks Your intervention in his workplace and his life. Lord, if it is Your will, please move him to a different shift or crew at his job. Guide his steps and give him wisdom on how to handle this situation with grace, ensuring there is no unnecessary drama.
We also pray for his life to get better. Lord, You are the lifter of our heads and the source of our joy. Help him to live a life that is pleasing to You.
We ask for God's divine protection and peace for him and his wife. Lord, we lift up their marriage and the wife to you. Help her to be submissive and loving. Help them both to honor and respect each other as they should. Help them to love each other as You Love your church.
