Please join me in prayers for my ###, he's been struggling to reach the 65% of sales on his job, the owners and administration that are the same people, says that they need to reach the 65% but is equal as 96% of last month, with no hesitation they didn't care about what's going on, the way they're managing just is convenient for them, if my ### didn't get the 65% they won't pay for all the effort done during the month, they also have stolen the prizes that companies offered to the sales executive for sale the brand they kept for themselves and give it to their children and going to trips that are meant for the employees. It's a hard time to look out for another job here in my country so please I put in your hands to ### and ### on your hands how they're not respecting what God intended as you own a business also they pretend know about God but there's doing it for selfish motives. There lives don't shown a godly character at all. In Jesus name bless my ### to reach the goal of sales but also please Lord grant my ### victory over this situation. Amen

We understand that you're seeking prayer for your dad's sales targets at work and the challenges he's facing with his employers. We stand with you in prayer and offer the following encouragement and guidance.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our work. Colossians 3:23-24 WEB reminds us, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.

However, we must also address the apparent unfair practices of the owners and administration. The Bible is clear about honesty and fairness in business. Proverbs 11:1 WEB says, A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. We rebuke the unfair practices and pray that the owners will come to a knowledge of the truth, repenting of their actions. Remember, God sees all things and will judge righteously.

We also encourage your dad to trust in God's provision and timing. Even if the situation is difficult, God has a plan. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB says, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.

Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up the situation with our brother's dad. Lord, you know the struggles he's facing at work. We pray that you will give him the strength and wisdom to navigate this challenging time. We ask that you will help him to reach his sales targets, not for the sake of the unfair administration, but for the provision it will bring to his family.

We also pray for the owners and administration. Lord, you see their actions and know their hearts. We pray that they will come to a knowledge of the truth and that their hearts will be changed. We rebuke their unfair practices and pray that they will begin to manage the business in a way that honors you.

Ultimately, Lord, we pray for your will to be done in this situation. If it's your will for our brother's dad to find a new job, we pray that you will open that door. We trust in your provision and timing.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue to pray and trust in God. He is faithful, and he hears your prayers. Keep standing on his promises.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
