Please say a prayer for strenth and peace in our ordeal.
My husband's ex-wife, who abandoned not only their son, but her daughters of a previous marriage (her other children are fatherless -- their father deceased$). We were Court Ordered several years ago to pick the son up to provide him a place to live and stability as for a home, since she could not and refused to provide any of this (to be with children of our own). Now she wants unsupervised visitation. She abandoned not only her son, but her daughters, took her dauthers agains their will, and kept the daughters agains their will. She has been involved heavily on drugs, and now wants to have access to a son, of which if provided, she may never return. We are in the midst of the Court's decisions, etc. Please just pray for his son, our household, as our children do not want to see this boy go through that which his sisters did, and to provide what is in the absolute best interest of the child. Please shelter this child from harm, and put a hedge against any wrongdoings on either party. We do not desire to have to go through this, since this child has done so much better in schooling, etc., but request for prayer for the Court to see in the eyes for which the child most desires to be, and for the safety and considerations needing to be granted by the Court in deciding same. We do not want any harm done to my husband's son.
Please pray heavily in your hearts for us.
