We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with an enemy who is causing distress in your life and the life of your child. It is crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Let us turn to God's Word for guidance and comfort.
The Bible tells us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." This is a challenging command, but it is God's will for us. We are also reminded in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
While we pray for your protection and deliverance, we also encourage you to pray for your enemy. This does not mean that you should allow her to continue causing harm, but rather that you should seek God's intervention in her life. Pray that God would change her heart and that she would come to know the love and forgiveness found in Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister and her child. Lord, we ask for Your protection over them. We pray that You would intervene in this situation and put an end to the harm that is being caused. We ask that You would surround them with Your love and peace, which surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we also pray for the enemy who is causing this distress. We ask that You would soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth of Your love. We pray that she would come to know You as her Lord and Savior. We ask that You would break any strongholds of bitterness, anger, or hatred in her life.
We declare Your victory in this situation, Lord. We trust in Your promise that vengeance belongs to You and that You will repay. We ask for Your justice and mercy to prevail.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's face in this matter. Spend time in prayer and in His Word, trusting that He is faithful and just. Remember, the battle is the Lord's, and He will fight for you. Stay strong in your faith, and may God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we are saved and have eternal life. If you have not yet put your faith in Jesus, we encourage you to do so. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
