Please resolve this situation! Internet/phone

Servant of All
Please let our internet and telecommunication provider resolve this mess with our internet connection and bills that are allegidely not covered. Lord please in Jesus name!!! They are calling us as tgey promise. They only call us to i form us that we owe them money!! Please Lord. I hate unresolved situations and us paying unnecessary dammage because of their mistakes!!

We hear your frustration and share in your desire for resolution in this situation. The stress of unresolved issues, especially those involving finances and communication with service providers, can weigh heavily on the heart. We stand with you, lifting this matter before the Lord, trusting in His justice and provision.

First, we want to encourage you to approach this situation with both wisdom and peace. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." While it is natural to feel anger and frustration, we must also guard our hearts against bitterness, as Hebrews 12:15 warns, "looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."

We also recognize the importance of addressing this matter with integrity. If there is any truth to the claims made by your provider, we encourage you to seek clarity and resolve any outstanding obligations. Romans 13:7 instructs, "Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor." However, if this is indeed a mistake on their part, we pray for justice and correction.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your intervention in this situation. Lord, You are a God of order, justice, and peace, and we ask that You bring clarity and resolution to this matter. We pray that the hearts of those responsible at the telecommunications company would be softened and that they would act with honesty and integrity. Father, we ask that You remove any obstacles or misunderstandings that are causing this confusion. Provide wisdom and discernment to ### as they navigate this situation, and give them the patience to wait on Your timing.

Lord, we also ask for Your protection over their finances. You know every need, and we trust in Your promise from Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We rebuke any spirit of confusion, deception, or injustice in this matter, and we declare that the truth will be revealed. May this situation be resolved fairly and swiftly, bringing glory to Your name.

We also pray for peace to guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as You have promised in Philippians 4:7. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them. Father, we ask that You would replace frustration with trust, anger with peace, and confusion with clarity. May this trial draw them closer to You and remind them of Your faithfulness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to address this issue. Document all communications with the provider, including dates, times, and the names of representatives you speak with. If necessary, seek guidance from a trusted advisor or even legal counsel to ensure your rights are protected. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."

Lastly, we want to remind you that God sees your frustration and your desire for justice. He is not indifferent to your struggles, and He will not abandon you in this. Psalm 37:5-6 assures us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Hold fast to His promises, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it.

Its good to need the Lord. To rely on him. To lean on him. To hope in him. To remember to love him and to give prayers and worship to God. Lord Yeshuas name.

We hear the frustration in your words, fighting a company over bills you don’t owe is exhausting, especially when the calls keep coming. That kind of unresolved tangle can eat at your peace and make you feel powerless. We know that feeling, and we’re sorry you’re stuck in it right now.

Even in this maddening situation, God isn’t distant. He cares about the small, practical things that rob us of rest, and right now, this is one of those things. When we can’t untie a knot on our own, we can steady ourselves by taking one calm step at a time, bringing it to Him as we go.

A practical thing that often helps with billing disputes is creating a simple paper trail. Keep a little log of every call: date, who you spoke with, and what they said. Then, if you haven’t already, send a clear, brief letter or email disputing the charges, referencing any evidence you have. If that doesn’t resolve it, your country’s consumer affairs or telecommunications ombudsman can often step in without cost. That might feel like more work, but it puts the facts in front of someone who can actually enforce fairness. You don’t have to carry the weight of convincing them alone.

Most of all, we pray right now:

Lord Jesus, this situation has worn our friend out. You see the unjust bills and the endless calls. Please bring clarity where there is confusion and give our friend the perseverance to stay calm and firm. Move the provider’s heart to correct their own mistakes quickly, so this burden can be lifted. In the meantime, guard our friend’s mind from obsessive worry. Give them peace that holds steady while they wait. Thank You that You are a God who cares about even our tangled practical messes. In Your name we ask this. Amen.

You are learning what every soul must learn sooner or later: that unresolved things on earth have a peculiar power to scrape the heart raw. A knot you cannot untie, a debt you do not owe and yet cannot shake off, a telephone that rings and brings only accusation, these things buzz around the mind like a swarm of flies on a hot afternoon. You long for it simply to be over, to be put right, to have the record cleared. That longing is not weakness; it is part of the dignity of being made in the image of a God who loves order and justice. You hate the tangle, and so you should.

But now, let me sit with you a moment and turn your eyes from the contested bill to the settled account. The phone company may insist you owe them money, and their persistence is a weary trial. Yet lift your thoughts higher for a moment, to the one great account that stood against you, the immense, unpayable debt of your sin before a holy God. That bill would have crushed you. There was no disputing it; you were guilty, and the wages were death. But Christ Jesus took the invoice, pressed it to His own heart, and paid it in full with His own blood. The record is cleared; the receipt is written in His wounds. God is not calling you to inform you of an outstanding balance. He calls you His child. That peace is already yours, established and sealed, and no confusion among telecom companies can touch the hem of that garment.

Now, you are saying, “That is true, but I still have this mess in front of me.” I know you do. And it is precisely here that your faith must learn to swim in deep water. True peace is not a stagnant pond where nothing ever ruffles the surface. It is a great, living river that keeps its current steady even when winds beat upon it. Christ did not promise you a life without unresolved tangles. He promised you His peace in the midst of them. Think of the disciples, sent out into a world of opposition, and yet He said, “My peace I give unto you.” It was like a charm, an inward quiet, meant to hold them steady when everything outward was tempest-tossed. So here is your small, sharp opportunity to prove what that peace is worth.

When the phone rings again, when the latest representative tells you again of the charges they claim, you have a choice. You can let your soul be dragged down into the mud of the dispute, frantic and fuming. Or you can breathe a prayer, do the next sensible thing the moment requires, and then, as the hymn says, “leave the rest to Thee.” You see, some things are your duty: to speak truthfully, to pay what you honestly owe, to seek a fair resolution. But commanding the outcome is not your duty; it is not even within your power. That is God’s domain. You are not called to be the resolver of all knots, but the child who trusts the Father’s wisdom while holding firmly to His hand in the dark.

Perhaps the Lord is teaching you this very lesson through the irksome calls, that your peace need not be a hostage to every passing circumstance. A love letter may come in a black-edged envelope, and the letter inside is still sweet. The situation may look all threat on the outside, but inside it there is purposed good, if you will but trust Him.

So do the little you can do. Make the necessary calls, keep a clear record, answer with courtesy even when you are wrongly accused, and then, here is the crucial art, commit the whole tangled business into the hands of Jesus. Tell Him plainly, “Lord, this is a muddle I cannot mend. Thou knowest the right and the wrong of it. I place it in Thy care, and I will not carry the worry of it any longer, for Thou hast carried my far greater burden to the cross.” Then let your heart be quiet. The peace that comes from knowing your sins are forgiven is the same peace that can sweeten a telephone call that threatens you with a debt you do not owe. The sting is drawn, for your true treasure is not in a clear bill, but in a clear standing with God.

---

Father, Thou seest the weariness this tangle has brought to Thy child’s heart. Thou knowest how hard it is to be misrepresented and pursued for a debt that is not just. We ask Thee, in the name of Jesus, to untie this knot in Thy good time, straighten what is crooked, bring clarity where there is confusion, and let truth prevail. But far more than that, grant now a deep, interior stillness to this dear soul. Let the peace of Christ, which passes all understanding, mount guard over the heart and mind. Settle the soul in Thine unshakeable acceptance, so that whatever the day may bring in bills or calls, the inward rest is undisturbed. We leave this matter gladly in Thy hands, for Thou art Lord of all, and we trust Thee. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

You are vexed over money and a tangled account, but tell me, where is the wound? Has the provider stolen your soul’s treasure? You cry out as one robbed, yet the loss is only silver, and perhaps not even that, but a dispute over error. The man who deducts a little from the market price is a thief, and the company that demands what is not owed commits injustice by the same intention. But their sin is not your calamity. Let them have the victory on their ledger; what is that to you? You still possess Christ. The conflict you feel, the churning of your spirit, this is the real damage. It springs not from the bill, but from clutching earthly things too tightly. Have they hindered your glory? Not the glory from God, but a mere name of ease. Cut out the root of love for money and unruffled convenience, and this fruit of anxiety withers.

Why do you permit an unresolved telephone call to steal your peace? God sometimes allows such little knots to remain at the end of a trial to strengthen us, as He did with Abraham at the last. The removal may be at the very doors, but you must stand nobly and not be dragged into the fray. When you demand that God resolve it immediately, you tie His provision to your timetable. Leave the matter to Him. You are thoughtful as a man; He provides as God. If you take the whole burden upon yourself, neglecting the greater spiritual care of your soul and household, He may well permit the mess to linger so you learn to let go. Is it not better to suffer a small, unjust charge than to heap up wrath by raging against it? Do not call God’s righteousness into question by asking why He allows this, but believe without demanding proofs that His management of your life is just.

Therefore, do not let this strife make you behave unseemly before your household. The command is to provide for your own, and this provision relates to the soul first. What do you provide them now, a parent consumed with a dispute over bills? That is worse than an infidel’s conduct. Quiet your spirit, pay what you truly owe if any is due, and commit the contested part to God. If they call, give a gentle answer and turn your heart away. To be at peace within is a greater resolution than any corrected invoice.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
