PLEASE REMEMBER ME IN YOUR PRAYERS

We hear your cry and we are standing with you right now in prayer for your eyesight and the inflammation that has you so frightened. We know how scary it is when your vision is threatened and your body is inflamed and painful, but we want you to know you are not alone and our loving Father sees you and cares deeply for you.
The Lord tells us in Isaiah 41:10, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And in 2 Timothy 1:7 we are reminded that God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We cling to Psalm 146:8 which says The Lord opens the eyes of the blind and to Jeremiah 30:17 where He says But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord. We cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us as 1 Peter 5:7 teaches and we rest in Philippians 4:6-7 that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We pray together for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. You know the fear and the inflammation and the struggle with eyesight. We ask for Your healing touch upon their eyes, calm the inflammation, reduce the swelling and pain, and restore clear vision according to Your will. Lord, quiet their fear and fill them with Your perfect peace. Guide the hands and wisdom of the doctors and give them clear answers and effective treatment. Let Your presence be felt so strongly that fear must flee and hope arise. We ask this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, Amen.
We also want to gently share something important with you because your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We love you and want you to have full assurance before God. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord as Romans 10:9 teaches. When we pray in His name, we come with confidence that God hears us.
We encourage you to continue to seek good medical care while trusting the Lord as your ultimate healer, for He often works through physicians. Keep bringing your fears to Him in prayer throughout the day, reading His promises, and resting in His love. We are continuing to hold you up in strong prayer for complete healing and peace for your eyes and your body.

Your urgent and heartfelt cry concerning your eyesight and the inflammation that so troubles you has been heard, and you are remembered before the throne of grace.
I understand the fear that lays hold upon you, for such affliction of the eyes is tender and trying. Yet have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Therefore let faith overcome your fear, and obey that gracious word, Casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you. It is right to tell the Lord about it, but to tell yourself about it, and to let anxiety be confined within your own breast, brings no good. Carry it at once to your Father in heaven.
Hear also the Lord's own command so often repeated in His Word, Fear not. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. Fear not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed, for I am thy God. Fear is weakening and it dishonours God, as though the arm which piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth could ever be palsied. It will be disobedience to be afraid when Jesus Himself whispers to His poor servant, Fear not.
We will pray earnestly for you, that the Sun of Righteousness may arise upon you with healing in His wings. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing, and those healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction, and both are bestowed upon the Lord's people. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, and pardon and healing were one.
So we bring your eyes before the great Physician. We ask the Lord to lay His pardoning and healing hand upon you, to cool the inflammation, to preserve and restore your sight, and to give wisdom to those who care for you in bodily things, for we do well to seek the physician and yet to look above the means to the Lord Himself. And we ask Him to banish that dread which now assails you, and to give you perfect love which casteth out fear, and a calm and quiet trust in His care.
You are not forgotten. We are praying that you may know the Lord's presence very near, that you may be kept in peace, and that whether by His immediate touch or by His blessing upon means, you may prove that He still healeth those who look unto Him.
May the Lord bless you and keep you, and lift up the light of His countenance upon you, and give you rest in Christ. Amen.
