Please read below. My HOA is trying to foreclose on my house for past due HOA fees I was under a payment plan and now they are trying to foreclose on my house and my lender is working with me to do a Modification but this situation with the HOA is another situation that has been hurting people for many years. They sent the email yesterday with my birthday of 12/11/2012 on the letter. I dont want to loose my home to my HOA. This should be illegal.
