It seems dumb because my ex was extremely abusive, but I can't seem to get over him. I'm with a caring wonderful man now for almost five months, and I want to focus on him and Jesus and building a life with him but lately all I can think about is my ex. My ex has a girlfriend and it makes me angry, even though I'm sure he's abusing her, too. What is wrong with me. I dated my ex for almost three years and I wanted to marry him. I would have done anything for him. Please pray for me.

God has taken you out of that abuse, raise your hands and say thank you to the Almighty. If you feel alone, confused, angry, anxiety, open the scriptures of God and listen to God's words to you. His advice, His guidance.

Occupy your mind for positive things. The past is history...

I pray that God will bless you and help you overcome this anxiety you currently find yourself in over your ex.
