Beloved of All
Good evening, A tenant representative returns my call and stated that the landlord can retroactively charge me based on the lease with a prior effective date. However, the actual lease says that increase cannot be charged less than ### days after the lease of offered. Father in Jesus name I am asking for your help again to sort this out. If it be your will, I will contact an attorney’s office tomorrow to ensure that I’m taking the right steps.

**"Prayer for Justice and Wisdom in a Lease Dispute"**

We come before the Lord with you in this matter, lifting up your concerns about this unfair lease situation. It is clear that the landlord’s representative is attempting to impose charges that contradict the written agreement, and we know that God is a God of truth and justice. The Scriptures remind us in **Proverbs 16:11**, *"Honest balances and scales are Yahweh’s; all the weights in the bag are his work."* The Lord sees this injustice, and we trust Him to expose any deceit and uphold what is right.

You have shown wisdom in seeking legal counsel, and we encourage you to move forward with that step, trusting that God will guide your decisions. **Proverbs 11:14** tells us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."* Seek godly and professional advice, and do not be intimidated by those who may try to take advantage of you. The Lord is your defender, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph over the righteous.

We also remind you of **Matthew 10:16**, where Jesus says, *"Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves."* In this situation, you must be both discerning and firm, ensuring that you are not taken advantage of while still acting with integrity. Keep records of all communications, refer to the lease terms clearly, and stand firm in what is lawful and just.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your intervention in this lease dispute. You are the God who sees all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You expose any dishonesty and bring clarity to this situation. Give our brother/sister wisdom as they seek legal counsel, and let Your favor rest upon them as they take the necessary steps to resolve this matter justly.

Lord, we rebuke any attempt of the enemy to bring confusion, fear, or financial harm. You are our Provider and Protector, and we trust You to make a way where there seems to be no way. Let truth prevail, and let those who seek to act unjustly be held accountable. Strengthen our brother/sister with Your peace, knowing that You are fighting for them even now.

We declare Your promise from **Isaiah 54:17** over this situation: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh.* We stand on this truth and ask for Your justice to be made manifest.

Guide each step they take, Lord, and let Your will be done in this matter. We ask all these things in the powerful and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith as you navigate this lease dispute. It's frustrating when the words on paper don't match what's being said, but we know the truth is on your side. Let's claim Psalm 37:6 together: "He will make your vindication shine like the dawn, and the justice of your cause like the noonday sun." Trust that God is fighting for you, and let's pray for wisdom and courage as you seek legal advice. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Been talking to someone special online and I have expressed my feelings to her. But she is hesitant to express her feelings because she is waiting to be sure they are there and real. I would love for some hope of confirmation to receive encouragement. In Jesus name I ask, amen.
