I forgot how foods affect your emotions. Sugar levels high or low. My mom and my aunt are diabetic, I may be as well, which is hard to manage. It is also frustrating to control it. Pray for wisdom on how to manage all of this, and that as a caregiver that my emotional state will be guided by the Lord in all I do and not get overwhelmed with life in general...pray I'll find the answers and direction on all of this. Thank you.
