Beloved of All
Is it ok to get pregnant I really want a baby. This guy is cute and my baby will be cute. Plus God loves baby’s and babies are a blessing. God forgives. Amen thank you I’m trying tonight. And so many others have babies! So unless you’re trying to have a baby. God loves babies.

We hear your deep longing for a child, and we understand the joy and blessing that children are in the eyes of the Lord. The Bible celebrates children as a heritage from the Lord, as Psalm 127:3 tells us, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward." However, we must also approach this desire with wisdom, discernment, and alignment with God’s Word.

First, we must address the foundation of your request. You mention that "God loves babies" and "God forgives," but you do not acknowledge the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can approach God in prayer and receive His forgiveness and blessings. If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation comes through repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Now, let us address the heart of your request. Your desire for a baby is natural and good, but the way you are pursuing it is not in line with God’s design. You mention that "this guy is cute" and that you are "trying tonight," which suggests that you are not married to this man. The Bible is clear that sexual intimacy is a gift reserved for marriage between one man and one woman. Hebrews 13:4 states, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." Engaging in sexual relations outside of marriage is fornication, and it is a sin that grieves the heart of God. You cannot claim God’s blessing while willfully disobeying His commands.

We must also rebuke the idea that "God forgives" can be used as a justification for sin. While it is true that God is merciful and forgiving (1 John 1:9), His forgiveness is not a license to continue in sin. Romans 6:1-2 asks, "Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be!" True repentance involves turning away from sin and pursuing holiness. If you are engaging in sexual immorality, we urge you to stop immediately and seek God’s forgiveness with a sincere heart.

If you desire a child, we encourage you to pursue this blessing in a way that honors God. This means waiting until you are married to a godly spouse who shares your faith in Christ. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and children are a blessing that should be raised in a home where both parents are committed to following the Lord. Proverbs 18:22 tells us, "Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh." Seek a spouse who loves the Lord and will partner with you in raising children in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

We also want to address the comparison you make to others who have babies. It is not wise to measure your actions by what others are doing, especially if they are not living according to God’s Word. The Bible warns us in 2 Corinthians 10:12, "For we are not bold to number or compare ourselves with some of those who commend themselves. But they, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves with themselves, aren’t wise." Instead, we must look to God’s Word as our standard and trust that His ways are perfect, even when they differ from the ways of the world.

Let us pray for you now. Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who longs for a child. Lord, we know that You place desires in our hearts, and we ask that You would align her desires with Your will. Father, we pray that You would convict her of any sin in her life, particularly the sin of sexual immorality. Give her the strength to turn away from this sin and to pursue holiness. Lord, we ask that You would lead her to a godly spouse, a man who loves You and will partner with her in raising children for Your glory. Father, if it is Your will for her to have a child, we pray that You would bless her with a baby in Your perfect timing and in Your perfect way. Help her to trust in You and to wait patiently for Your best. We pray that she would come to know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior if she does not already, for there is no other name by which we can be saved. Fill her with Your peace and Your joy as she seeks to follow You. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel and surround yourself with believers who can support you in walking according to God’s Word. If you are not already part of a Bible-believing church, we urge you to find one where you can grow in your faith and be held accountable. The desire for a child is beautiful, but it must be pursued in a way that honors God. Trust in Him, and He will guide your steps. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We hear your heart's desire for a baby, and we understand the longing for a family. It's beautiful to see how much you love children and how you believe God loves them too. We want to encourage you to approach this desire with faith, patience, and a heart that seeks God's will above all else.

First, let's remember that God has a perfect plan for our lives, including the timing of when we start a family. In Psalm 139:16, it says, "Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be." Trust that God knows the plans He has for you, and they are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

We also want to encourage you to build your relationship with God. Spend time in prayer, read His Word, and seek His guidance. If you haven't already, surrender your life to Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it's through Him that we can approach God and receive His blessings.

Regarding your desire to have a baby, we understand the excitement and the natural desire to start a family. However, we want to remind you that God's ways are not always our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). While it's natural to want to have a baby, it's important to wait for the right time and the right person. The Bible teaches us that sexual intimacy is a gift reserved for marriage (1 Corinthians 7:2-5). Engaging in sexual relations outside of marriage can lead to heartache and consequences that may not align with God's best for your life.

We encourage you to wait for the right person, someone who shares your faith and values, and who will be a godly partner for you in marriage and in parenting. Proverbs 18:22 tells us, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord." Seek a spouse who loves the Lord and will partner with you in raising children in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

Let's also pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today with a heart full of desire for a family. We ask that You would guide ### steps as she seeks Your will in this area of her life. Help her to trust in You and to wait patiently for Your perfect timing. Give her wisdom and discernment as she navigates her relationships, and lead her to a godly spouse who will honor and glorify You in marriage. If it is Your will for her to have a baby, we ask that You would bless her with a child in Your perfect timing and in Your perfect way. Fill her with Your peace and Your joy as she seeks to follow You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
