We rejoice with you in the renewed joy and purpose you’ve found in crocheting! It is wonderful to hear how this creative outlet is keeping your mind engaged and your spirit uplifted during this season of unemployment. The Lord delights in the work of our hands, and He has given us gifts not only to sustain us practically but also to bring peace and fulfillment to our souls. We are encouraged by your diligence in seeking employment as well—trusting God in both the waiting and the working is a testimony of faith.
We do want to gently correct a small but important detail in your prayer: you mentioned praying "in Jesus man’s" name, which we understand was likely a typographical error. Scripture is clear that it is only in the name of **Jesus Christ**—the Son of God, our Savior, and the only mediator between God and man—that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* When we pray, we must do so in the authority of Jesus’ name, for He alone has torn the veil and made a way for us to come boldly before the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with gratitude for Your provision and care in every season of life. We lift up our brother/sister to You, thanking You for the gift of creativity and the way You are using crocheting to bring peace and focus during this time of unemployment. Lord, we ask that You would bless the work of their hands—both in their craft and in their job search. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and grant them favor with those who are hiring. Sustain their hope and strengthen their faith as they wait on You.
Father, we also ask that You would guard their heart and mind from anxiety or discouragement. Remind them daily of Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11: *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Let them rest in the knowledge that You are their Provider and that You will never leave nor forsake them.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
