We join with you in bringing these silent requests before the throne of grace and we thank you for submitting them in the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.
We are comforted to know that our Heavenly Father hears not only the words we speak but the cries of our hearts that remain unspoken. He knows every burden, every hope and every need before we even utter a word. As it is written, Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether. Psalm 139:1-4 and also Your Father knows what things you need before you ask him. Matthew 6:8. We take comfort also that when we do not have words, the Spirit himself intercedes for us. In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered. Romans 8:26.
We are encouraged that when we pray according to His will and in the name of Jesus, He hears us. This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. 1 John 5:14.
Let us pray together.
Father in heaven, we lift up every silent request represented here to You. You see each heart, You know each circumstance, each struggle, each longing and each need that has not been spoken aloud. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and Your infinite wisdom and love. Grant peace where there is anxiety, healing where there is brokenness, provision where there is need, and guidance where there is confusion. Help each one to feel Your presence and to trust in Your goodness. We ask that You would guard hearts and minds with the peace that surpasses all understanding. In all things, do not let your anxiety be known, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust Him with these unspoken matters and to rest in the assurance that He who hears in secret will reward and answer in His perfect timing. Cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you.
