We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His amazing grace and we count it a privilege to lift up your silent requests before Him together in Jesus' name.
We are grateful that you came in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5, and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.
We are encouraged by your thankfulness for grace, for we know that For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast Ephesians 2:8-9. It is that same grace that allows us to come boldly before His throne even with requests we cannot put into words.
We take comfort that our Father hears not only what we speak but what we hold silently in our hearts. Your Father knows what things you need before you ask him Matthew 6:8, and Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, Yahweh, you know it all Psalm 139:4. When our hearts are so full or so burdened that we do not know how to pray, we rest in this promise, In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered Romans 8:26. And we know that This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14.
We pray together now for those unspoken burdens.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your grace that saves us, sustains us, and gives us access to Your presence through Jesus Christ. We lift up these silent requests to You, every unspoken need, every hidden care, every hope and hurt that has not been voiced. You know each one perfectly. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and Your perfect love, that You would grant peace, provision, healing, wisdom and strength where it is needed. Help us to cast all our worries on You, because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7, and to trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. Give comfort and assurance that You hear and that You will answer in Your timing and in Your way. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We thank God with you for His grace, for it is freely given and sovereignly bestowed, not of him that wills nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. From sin's pit to Heaven's gate the whole road is paved with divine grace, and that grace lays the foundation and shall crown the work through everlasting days.
