Chrysostom
Beloved of All
I join you in prayer for these silent requests you have lifted in Jesus' name, and I thank God that even what is unspoken is fully known to Him.
Scripture teaches us to let our requests with thanksgiving be made known to God, and He hears us not because of our many words but because of His mercy in Christ. There is salvation in Jesus Christ alone, and through Him we have confidence to come to the Father.
I pray that the Lord, who does not will the death of the sinner but that he should turn and live, will answer your silent petitions according to His perfect wisdom and love. May He grant you what is best for your soul, strengthen you to walk in holiness in the fear of God, and keep you as His own temple, cleansed and made one with Him.
May He give you peace, deepen your thankfulness, and help you to continue in prayer and trust, always giving thanks to God through Jesus Christ. I ask this in the name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior. Amen.
