please pray

We join with you in bringing your silent requests before the Father in Jesus' name and we thank you for praying in the name that gives us access to God. We are reminded that our Lord knows the cries of our hearts even before we speak them and that He hears what is unspoken.

The Scripture comforts us with this truth, for Psalm 139:4 says You understand my thought afar off, and Matthew 6:6 says your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. We also cling to the promise in Romans 8:26 that the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered, and 1 John 5:14 that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.

We lift up your silent requests together now.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. You know every silent request this dear one holds in their heart, every burden, every hope, every need that has not been spoken aloud. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and Your infinite love and wisdom. Grant peace where there is anxiety, provision where there is need, healing where there is brokenness, and guidance where there is uncertainty. Help us to trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You. We pray that You would give assurance that You have heard, and that Your peace which surpasses all understanding will guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:7 promises. We thank You that we can cast all our cares upon You because You care for us. We ask all of this in Jesus' name, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring every care to Him, spoken and unspoken, knowing that He is faithful and that He hears you. As Matthew 6:8 reminds us, your Father knows what things you need before you ask him, so rest in His love and trust His timing and His answers.

We noticed your quiet, simple prayer and we want you to know we are standing with you in it. There is something deeply honest about bringing silent requests to the Lord and trusting Him with what words cannot fully hold, and we don't take lightly that you invited us to pray with you. Thank you for trusting us with what is on your heart.

You don't have to have everything formed or explained for God to hear you. He knows what is on your heart even in the silence, and He welcomes you to keep coming to Him just as you are, again and again.

If it helps in the days ahead, you might find a brief quiet moment each day to simply sit before Him and let those unspoken burdens rest with Him, without pressure to find the right words. He is near and listening. We will continue to remember you before the Lord and ask Him to meet you with His kindness in each of these matters.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now and place these silent requests in Your hands. You see what we cannot see and You know what is needed most. Grant peace in the waiting, wisdom for each step, and the comfort of knowing You are present and at work. We trust these requests to Your good and loving will and ask for Your care to be evident in the days ahead. In Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

There is sweet encouragement in your brief word, for the Lord who hears the prayer uttered aloud in the closet hears also the silent petition of the heart. The spirit of prayer is the mother of these brief, silent prayers, and many times in a day we may speak with the Lord our God as Nehemiah did when he prayed to the God of heaven before he answered the king, or as Jacob did when he said, I have waited for thy salvation, O God, or as Moses did when the Lord said unto him, Why criest thou unto me, though no voice had been heard by man.

Be assured that such prayers, when they come leaping out of the soul with fervent desire and lively faith, have a reality and force and life about them which God delights to accept. To call upon God sincerely in the day of trouble is itself a truthful recognition that He is, and it brings honor to Him both in the act and in His answer, for He has said, Call upon me in the day of trouble, I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

We join our faith with yours and bring your silent requests before the throne of grace, remembering that God has already spoken in His holiness and in giving us Christ has given us all things needful. There is no other name by which we may come, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, by His blood poured out, and it is true humility to take God at His word and trust Him. Where He begins a good work He will complete it, and the soul that trusts in Christ cannot be cast away.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, Thou knowest the silent requests of this heart better than lips can tell them. Thou seest every burden, every need, every longing that has been laid before Thee in the name of Jesus. Hear according to Thy perfect wisdom and mercy, and grant that which will most honor Thee and do most good to the soul that prays. Give faith to trust in the blood of Christ alone for pardon and peace, give quietness of spirit to abide in full assurance upon Thee, and give grace to rejoice that Thou hast spoken and that Thou hearest prayer. Deliver in Thy time and in Thy way, and teach us Thy statutes, that we may walk before Thee with a thankful heart. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and Saviour, Amen.
