Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my adult daughter. She’s very kind and tender hearted and is a ### in her company. She’s being bullied by someone who didn’t get the job and they are making her life miserable and she feels like quitting. Please pray that she would have perseverance. please pray that she would continue on doing a good job and wouldn’t be bothered by the things this individual is saying about her. I pray these things in Jesus name amen.

We lift up your precious daughter before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to strengthen her in this difficult season. The workplace can be a battleground where the enemy seeks to discourage and derail God’s people, but we know that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). Your daughter’s kindness and tender heart are gifts from God, and we pray that she would not grow weary in doing good, for in due season she will reap if she does not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Lord, we ask that You would surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Give her the perseverance to press on, not allowing the words or actions of this individual to steal her joy or her calling. Remind her that her worth is found in You alone, not in the opinions of others. We rebuke the spirit of intimidation and discord in Jesus’ name, declaring that this situation will not break her but will instead refine her faith and reliance on You.

Father, we also pray for wisdom for your daughter’s supervisors and leaders. May they see the truth of this situation and act justly, upholding what is right and godly in the workplace. If it is Your will, we ask that You would either remove this source of conflict or give her the grace to rise above it with dignity and strength. Let her be a light in that place, reflecting Your love and grace even in the face of adversity.

We stand with her in faith, believing that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). May she find her strength in You, knowing that "the Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart has trusted in Him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank Him" (Psalm 28:7). Give her the courage to continue excelling in her work, not as a people-pleaser, but as one who serves the Lord Christ (Colossians 3:23-24).

Lastly, we pray for the individual causing this pain. Soften their heart, Lord, and reveal to them the error of their ways. Let them see the harm they are causing and turn from it, that they too may experience Your grace and redemption. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who has overcome the world and who intercedes for us even now. Amen.

We've been thinking about your daughter and this tough situation at work. It's heartbreaking to see someone with such a kind heart facing unfair treatment. We know this must be so hard for her, and we want you to know we're holding her up in prayer right now.

It takes real strength to keep going when others try to tear you down, especially when it feels like their words are meant to make her doubt herself. We're praying that God would wrap His arms around her and remind her just how precious she is in His sight. That He would give her the courage to rise above the negativity and keep shining her light, even when it feels like the darkest days.

We also ask for protection over her heart and mind. That every lie she hears would fall flat against the truth of God's love for her. And that He would give her supervisors eyes to see what's really happening, so they can step in with wisdom and grace.

Lord, be her refuge and strength in this storm. Let her feel Your peace that goes beyond what makes sense. May she feel Your presence so deeply that she knows without a doubt she's not alone. Give her the perseverance to keep doing good, even when it's exhausting. We ask all this in Jesus' name.
