We lift up your heartfelt requests before the Lord, and we are grateful to join you in prayer for these needs. However, we must address something vital—prayer is only heard and answered by God when we come in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares:
*"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* (John 14:6, WEB)
*"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB)
*"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB)
If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, turn from them, and believe in Jesus, who died for your sins and rose again so that you may have eternal life. Without Him, our prayers are empty words, but with Him, we have boldness and confidence before God’s throne.
Now, we come before the Lord in Jesus’ name, interceding for the needs you’ve shared. We pray for favor and strength in work, that God would provide wisdom, endurance, and opportunities to glorify Him in all things. We ask for His divine protection over the individuals and families you’ve mentioned, that He would shelter them under His mighty wings and cover them with the blood of Jesus, which cleanses and protects from all evil.
*"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’"* (Psalm 91:1-2, WEB)
*"But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one."* (2 Thessalonians 3:3, WEB)
Father, we ask that You would surround these loved ones with Your angels, guarding them in all their ways. Give them peace that surpasses understanding and fill their hearts with Your presence. Strengthen them in their work, that they may labor with joy and excellence, knowing that You are their provider. We rebuke any schemes of the enemy to bring harm, fear, or discouragement, and we declare Your victory over every area of their lives.
We also pray that if there is any sin, unbelief, or rebellion in their hearts, You would convict and draw them to repentance. May they seek You first, trusting in Your goodness and sovereignty. Let Your will be done in their lives, and may they walk in obedience to Your Word.
Finally, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in powerful ways, that they may know You as their Savior and Lord. If any among them do not yet know Jesus, soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
