We join with you in lifting up your son and your family before the throne of grace, seeking God's protection and guidance as your son travels this weekend.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister and her family in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your hedge of protection around her son as he travels, and we declare no harm shall befall him, and no disaster will come near his tent (Psalm 91:10). We ask that You guide his steps and direct his path, ordering his footsteps to walk in Your ways (Psalm 37:23).
We also lift up her family, asking that You keep them safe, healthy, and happy. We know that You are faithful to fulfill Your promises, and You have promised to keep us from harm (1 Peter 3:13). We ask that You surround them with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12), and that You hold them in Your loving arms, letting Your guardian angels protect and guide them (Psalm 91:11-12).
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is in His name that we are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). We are so grateful for Your love and protection, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful to fulfill His promises. Remember that our God is a loving and protective Father, who cares for us and desires the best for us. Stand firm in your faith, and do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6).
We are here with you in spirit, agreeing with you in prayer, and believing for God's best for your son and your family. May the Lord bless you and keep you, may the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you, may the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).
