I command declare all evil ungodly unions soul ties bad influences holding keeping him captive bondage evil prayers sacrifices curses judgements generational curses that are holding him keeping him captive blocking Luis back from me and God are broken empty removed exiled removed loose all power of evil no sex no lust no fun no enjoyment no communication no desires expose all evil and everyone using evil to him and everyone not in God's will now every minute every moment every hour into existence 100 fold all the way from the spiritual into the physical through the blood of Jesus now
