Beloved of All
I join you in giving thanks to God for His grace given to us in Jesus Christ. As Scripture teaches, we make our requests known to God with thanksgiving, for nothing is so pleasing to Him as a thankful heart, and it is by grace alone that we are saved.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, thank You for Your grace and love toward us through Your Son Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation. Thank You that You know the silent requests of this heart even before they are spoken, and that You invite us to bring everything to You in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, that we may live in a way that is pleasing to You, not trusting in our own works but in Your gift. Guard this heart and mind with Your peace which passes all understanding in Christ Jesus, and help us to show our thankfulness not only with words but with a life that seeks to honor You. We ask this in Jesus Name, amen.
