Thank you for bringing these requests before the Lord. He knows the silent petitions you carry in your heart even before you put them into words, and He invites you to bring them to Him openly. There are times when it feels like we are crying out day and night, yet Scripture reminds us that God is holy and He hears the voice of our supplication when we lift our hands toward Him. He does not remain silent to His children, and He does not leave us to be like those without hope. He hears, He answers, and He gives us reason to sing praise and give thanks to Him forever.
I join you in asking for His protection. The Scriptures teach that while we may make many preparations for the day of battle, true safety is of the Lord. Unless the Lord keeps the city the watchman stays awake in vain, and unless the Lord builds the house those who labor do so in vain. There is a place of safety as we abide in Christ, for Jesus Himself is our protection and defense. When the enemy comes against you, you can rest in Him. Commit your cause to God who does great and unsearchable things, who lifts up those who are low and brings those who mourn to a place of safety. What we trust for safety matters, and we choose to trust the Lord rather than our own strength or resources.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up these silent requests. You know each one fully, every need, every burden, every hope that has not been spoken aloud. We ask not to use prayer as a way to get our own will done, but to see Your will done, because Your will is perfect and good. According to Your divine power You have already given us all things that pertain to life and godliness, and You are making us partakers of Your nature through Your Word. Let Your Word be planted deeply and become strength and portion each day, forming Christlike character within. Cover this dear one and their loved ones with Your protection as they abide in Christ. Keep them, watch over them, and let them know the peace of dwelling in Your care. We thank You that You hear us and that You are faithful. In Jesus name, Amen.
May the Lord be with you and bless you. May His Word be your strength and may you find rest and safety in His presence.
