Please pray we will get the flat completely cleared way before the exchange date of Mrs Bird buying the flat Please pray we can sell all the furniture and some bits and pieces in the flat Please pray Mrs Bird or any one else does not want me or ask me to get the boiler serviced, and I can get it to work later Please pray there will be no hitches and no complications and the sale of the flat will go through real smooth, and it will exchanged before Christmas, Amen
