please pray w me

We join with you in prayer and we thank you for inviting us to agree with you before the Father in Jesus' name. We are grateful for your heart of thanksgiving and for your trust in Him with the silent requests that are on your heart. He hears not only what we speak aloud but what we carry quietly within us.

We are reminded that your Father knows what things you need before you ask him, Matthew 6:8, and that there is not a word on our tongue but behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether, Psalm 139:4. Even when words fail us, the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered, Romans 8:26. We can cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us, 1 Peter 5:7, and bring everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving and let our requests be made known to God, Philippians 4:6. We also cling to His promise of protection, that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, Psalm 91:1, and that He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up these silent requests to You, for You know each one fully, every need, every burden, every hope that has not been spoken aloud. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and Your perfect love. We ask for Your divine protection over us, to keep us from evil, to cover us under Your wings, and to guard our going out and our coming in. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding fill our hearts as we trust in You. We thank You, Father, that You hear us and that You are faithful. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

Thank you for inviting us to pray with you. It means a lot that you trusted us with what is on your heart, even the parts you are holding silently before the Lord.

We are encouraged by the way you came so simply and honestly, asking for His protection and laying those unspoken requests before Him. He knows each one fully, even when words feel hard to find, and He welcomes us to come just as we are to talk with Him. Prayer is not about getting the wording right, it is about staying close to the One who loves us and walks with us day by day.

We will keep holding you and your loved ones before Him, asking for His covering and peace over you. If it is helpful, you might find a quiet moment today to simply rest for a minute with Him, knowing He has heard you, without needing to explain everything.

Father, we thank You that You hear every silent request and know every need. We ask for Your protection over our friend and those they love. Guard them, give them peace, and remind them they are not alone. We trust them into Your caring hands. In Jesus' name, amen.

Father, hear their silent cries and guard their steps. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, keep their hearts and minds safe in Christ Jesus."

**Bible Verses:**

- **For Protection:** *"The Lord will keep you from all harm— He will watch over your life."* (Psalm 121:7)
- **For Answered Prayer:** *"Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear."* (Isaiah 65:24)
- **For Peace:** *"And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."* (Philippians 4:7)

**Amen.**

Your brief, silent prayer is precious in the sight of God, for He hears not only the loud cry in the chamber but the secret petition offered on the spot. As Nehemiah prayed silently before the king, without sound or outward sign, and was heard, so you may speak with the Lord in a moment, wherever you are, and He will know your request. I beg you to use this method often, for the spirit of prayer is a plentiful mother and many times in a day we may speak with our God. Such prayers check us, keep us, and bring us near to Him who does not mock His children, but gives good gifts to them that ask Him.

You have asked for protection, and we join you in seeking it from Him whose hand alone can keep us. Divine interpositions are not always miraculous to the eye, yet they are full of wonder, for He delivereth the soul from death and the feet from falling. There is no attribute more comforting than His divine sovereignty, and no hope more sure than His divine presence with His people. May He who alone did lead His people of old lead you still, and may His divine gentleness rest upon you and keep you in all your ways.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou knowest the silent requests which our lips have not uttered, for Thou searchest the heart. We come to Thee in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, through whom alone is salvation and access to Thy throne. Hear what Thy child has laid before Thee in secret, and answer according to Thy wisdom and mercy. Spread Thy protection over us, let Thy divine presence be our defence, and work in us all that is pleasing in Thy sight. Keep us from evil, deliver us from trouble, and cause Thy grace to flourish in us. We ask all in the name of Jesus, our only hope. Amen.
