Please pray to react faster

Hi, I fee that recently I have been sinning by allowing immoral and evil thoughts to stay for too long time in my head. Please pray that I would again start casting them out in Jesus name as soon as they come because other wise I might give satan foothold in my life which I dont want. Please pray for me to put off old man and put on new man.

And let each of us realize that we too, are a miracle from God.  God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for all those I love and care about.
