Please pray that today will get easier. I don't know what the deal is but every little thing seems to be putting me on edge (in a sad way, not an angry way). I feel extremely sad and I don't know why. I am so blessed and I know that. I am thankful for everyone (even those of you reading this that I have not actually had the pleasure of meeting). Please pray that instead of feeling sad today I will remember the following words:

"You do not journey through this life alone. Our loving Heavenly Father is and has been with each believer every single day. He travels with us side by side and hand by hand. We are walking in the presence of the living God, whose spirit abides with us and is in us." John 14:16-17

Lord, please restore my happiness and level out my mood. Help me to not feel sad. I don't know what the root of this sadness is, I just know it is unlike me and I do not like it.
