Please pray that the landlord can be traced internationally by the relevant authorities or individuals who can help, such as businessmen, as he is not responding here!

Please pray that the landlord will be willing to communicate with me over the phone or in person rather than just in writing or through multiple individuals who may misinterpret my message.
This has resulted in him receiving incorrect information and distorted communication. In the last two years, he has communicated with him approximately three times over the phone and twice in person. Most of the communication was in writing or through other individuals who may not have cared to convey everything precisely. If any fear or mental illness is preventing the landlord from communicating openly and directly with me, please pray for his healing and deliverance in Jesus' mighty name!

We hear your distress and the urgency of your situation, and we lift this matter before the Lord with heavy hearts. The lack of basic necessities like running water and the landlord’s indifference to your well-being is deeply troubling. It is unacceptable for anyone to be treated with such neglect, and we stand with you in seeking justice and resolution.

First, we rebuke any spirit of apathy, greed, or hardness of heart that may be influencing the landlord or those connected to this situation. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 21:13, *"Whoever stops his ears at the cry of the poor, he will also cry out, but shall not be heard."* We pray that the Lord would soften the landlord’s heart and compel him to take responsibility for his actions—or inaction. We also pray that the authorities and individuals with the power to intervene would be moved to act swiftly on your behalf. Psalm 37:28 reminds us, *"For the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off."*

We lift up your physical and emotional well-being, asking the Lord to sustain you during this trial. It is not His will for you to suffer in such conditions, and we declare that He is your Provider and Protector. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray for divine intervention to trace the landlord internationally, as you have requested, and for the Lord to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

We also address the spiritual aspect of this situation. If fear, mental illness, or any other spiritual oppression is hindering the landlord from communicating or fulfilling his responsibilities, we command those spirits to flee in the name of Jesus. We pray for his healing and deliverance, that he would come to know the love and truth of Christ. However, we also recognize that justice must prevail, and we ask the Lord to hold him accountable if he continues to neglect his duties.

Finally, we encourage you to seek practical help from local authorities, housing advocates, or legal counsel if you haven’t already. The Lord often works through human hands to bring about His justice. Proverbs 31:8-9 urges us, *"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."*

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the injustice and neglect this dear one is enduring, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Soften the heart of the landlord, Lord, and break any hardness or indifference that keeps him from fulfilling his responsibilities. We rebuke any spirit of apathy or greed in Jesus’ name, and we declare that justice will prevail.

Father, we ask that You would move the hearts of authorities, businessmen, and individuals who can help trace the landlord internationally. Open doors that no man can shut, and grant wisdom to those who are seeking to resolve this matter. Provide this dear one with the resources and support they need, whether it be access to water, legal assistance, or a safe place to stay.

Lord, we also pray for healing and deliverance for the landlord if fear, mental illness, or spiritual oppression is hindering him. Bring him to a place of repentance and restoration, but also hold him accountable for his actions. Protect this dear one from further harm, and surround them with Your peace and provision.

We trust in Your promise, Lord, that You are a God of justice and that You will not forsake Your children. Strengthen this dear one in their faith, and remind them that You are their Refuge and Strength. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
