Please pray that the biases at work are alleviated. On Friday, I became so frustrated with seeing some people get treated differently because they are not friends with the president of the board of directors that I said something. It didn't go over well however, it is blatantly done. I really enjoy what I do but I am praying and praying that it will become more fair in the treatment of my co-workers as well as myself. I didn't want to cause any trouble or jeopardize my job but I feel so strongly about this. My co-worker leaves work and takes off work often and gets away with it because of her friendship. Among other things that go there. Please pray.
