Please pray that my step increases will go into effect

Please pray that my step increases will go into effect on April 21, 2017. I have been patiently waiting for it since February 2016. Please pray on this matter for me. I need the finances to pay off bills from the vet for my dog Star that went to doggy heaven on March 1, 2017. I am still depressed due to having to let her go. God Bless everyone. Amen.
